Hi very happy with close brothers i had been eyeing up this motor bike for a long time but did not think i would get hp for it the sales man said how good you was and i just could not thank you enouth you sent me a email the next day and said you would take me on and i also got a phone call from the sales man the next day to let me no the good news thank you very much Mr R Storey
Great experience with this company. Got car finance with them. There became a problem with the car and Close Brothers were great, very helpful, understanding and courteous with which was a very difficult situation with a car dealership. They resolved the issue and a refund was made. Can't fault them at all, good communication throughout the whole process.
The whole experience was so easy and friendly with easy to answer questions, we didn’t at any time feel pressurised into accepting the offer, quite the opposite in fact, the whole process only took a few minutes, we couldn’t believe how pleasant the whole process was, thank you so much for treating us like human beings, and understanding that as pensioners aren’t quite as “techy” as the younger generation, 🤗
Financed a car with them 5 years ago and have just finished paying it off. Has been a nice smooth experience all the way through from taking out the finance to making the final payment. Website is good so you can easily see how much is left to pay etc. Good communications as well from the company. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
First of all - the spam.As soon as they have your information you are bombarded with spam.Even if you unsubscribe ..... they ignore GDPR and it keeps on coming.Then even if you choose not to go ahead, they still pretend like you have.Desperate for business - drives business away.
When someone wrote my vehicle off I had out standing finance, I questioned if I could continue paying the agreed amount per month as opposed to the settlement figure, thousands and thousands of pounds, expected to just be paid at once…I explained I’m in no position to do so, then they wanted it over a 3 month period, no customer support or understanding. Also, I queried about retaining my vehicle (Van) again they said not until the settlement has been paid, so thanks a bunch Close Brothers, you’ve not only forced me to borrow more money but left me no choice but to get another vehicle as I need a van for work, not to mention, the ridiculous rates, fees applied when taking an agreement out.
