Review Time
This is my last payment coming up and what a pleasure it has been , never had car finance before cos always worried me about what if......well had none of that payments always taken on time the same time every month for the last 3 years , im hoping to maybe get finance again soon and will always ask for these .......so looking forward to another few years or maybe not let's see what the future holds ..... cannot fault them
I financed my AUDI with Close Brothers over 2 years, had no issues and contact I had with Close Brothers Group over the phone and email was very professional and their staff; helpful and patient. I did have to change my monthly payment dates a few times which they adjusted for me without problem. I have 1 final payment to make for my AUDI, and I would definitely use Close Brothers Group again, thanks.
Absolutely awful company!!update Stay away!! Had a car on finance with them and feel into some arrears due to my bank blocked the DD a simple phone called to inform me or a letter to say and i would have happily paid! they did actually ring me once! With NO LETTERS warning to say my agreement had be terminated they say they sent out letter and called but I can confirm they did NOT, this is the best bit…… they take the car and 2 weeks later I get a letter telling me about my arrears and asking me to just simply pay them but the letter is dated 4 days ago from today and the car was taken 2 weeks ago as the agreement was terminated, clearly something has gone very wrong on there behalf! the letter just proves they didn’t send it out in the first place 🤷🏼♂️
The phone number and reference number is even incorrect, great service and now I’m told your company won’t update my credit report for three months, great credit for a car I’ve never owned or even seen in person, we’ll done !!!!!!
