Review Time
Made usual payment on 28th Aug, asked for a, settlement figure on 29th Aug. Was advised the figure would not reflect the previous days payment. Took quote anyway as I needed a ball park. Called on 2nd Sept for an updated figure and told they can only quote once every 28 days. My new financier settled at the figure from 29th Aug knowing that it didn't reflect the extra payment believing I would get that back. Close Brothers, are refusing to return the payment from 28th. Seems to be a common complaint. Have referred to the ombudsman
