After struggling with a full payment when my car got written off to buy a new car I turned to Close Brother Finance to help me pay monthly affordable costs. Had no problems straight forward without the hassle & stress. I would definitely recommend these. Thanks again for a great service.

These guys are total f-wits

These guys are total f-wits. Satisfied debt is showing old balance after payment, they never updated the credit companies complete 6 months ago. Customer service doesn’t know ass from elbow forget finance, what a joke.

Had some health issues and got behind…

Had some health issues and got behind with a couple of payments, rang and explained that j was now in a better place and could I up my payments to catch up with the arrears. was sent forms to fill in which I duly did, sent them back then heard nothing. I then waited until the next payday supposed to go out with the extra in the bank to cover it, nothing happened, in the meantime I had secured some cash to pay all the arrears. I rang to do thus and ask why my latest payment had not been taken only to be told that the agreement had been cancelled and they where coming to collect the car in a few days!I hadn't even notified of this, although the lady on the phone said I had been sent a letter and emails,o hadn't received any of these. I asked for a copy to be emailed to me straight away to which they refused, I had to demand a letter before they finally sent me a letter by post two days later.I manager to pay the whole car off straight away, but I will never use this company again and I am looking into pursuing legal action against them for breaking rules, I have every email and by their own admission all there calls are recorded.

Financed our vehicle 5 years ago finally paid and all ours. Never had any problems with Close Brother finance helped us out with a behind payment one year. Customer service good and regular yearly statements and contact.
