It was great from the broker to close brothers everything went quicker than I anticipated and from the dealer, you all worked together to get me my car and you succeeded well done much appreciated and I will use you all again thank you Mr A Dennison.
Shocking, bought a car through the finance, first payment hasn't been taken - car broke down. Was in the process to get finance to fix this, it's September - car is not fixed. Spent hours on complaints line - always on hold. They are happy to collect your money but don't care about customer at all. 2 months haven't heard ANYTHING about the car repairs.
It was such an easy process. To be honest I can't believe how quickly it was dealt with. No fuss made. Easy answers. The salesman had a very good attitude. Felt no pressure at all. Polite friendly manner. No speil just as it is.. So very impressed. Thank you I will be recommending you.
Elderly MIL cancelled her finance agreement with Close Bros within the cooling off period, but they have since taken payments they are not entitled to over several months totalling over £1k. I rang the company who admitted their error and promised a refund within 7 working days. That was two weeks ago and nothing has been received.On ringing again today, the company denies any cancelled contract and denies taking any funds. Absolutely outrageous.Complaint lodged. I only hope the company does the right thing and returns the money swiftly rather than making us go through lengthy legal proceedings. This is not the right way to treat elderly and vulnerable customers. Do NOT recommend, especially as I see from other reviews that they’ve done this to other people.
