Review Time
Terrible company. I raised a complaint for a purchase I made on finance, I called and emailed numerous times, I was ignored constantly, the only emails I recieved were saying ‘ reminder that we will close this complaint if you do not respond ‘ I was stuck with an item that wasn’t fit and they were no help! If you have any problems don’t expect this company to help because all they want is your money and don’t care about you! Also the log in is ridiculous and almost impossible to log on! Waiting for reset emails that haven’t come through so I can’t even check how much I ow. I am paying off the remaining and I will never use this again. AWFUL.
Absolutely rubbish firm inadequate staff no manners makes close brothers look inadequate even to make a payment long winded . Manager couldn’t run a bath no management skills quick enough taking your money but can’t get a refund as letter states as not on there system and no managers avoid thiis company at all costs plus aa car sales who uses these company . In a world crisis stsff can treat customers like rubbish when major companies going under won’t belong before this one does shaneera needs retraining and can’t sort things as not in a office or help and I’m a liar that I recieved a refund letter as not on their systems as another department as don’t their job inadequately and not put copy of letter on system . Vile company staff and make thousands in interest of customers hope the owners share holders read the negative comments that out way the small minority of good ones . Rubbish company and customer services you aren’t doing us the favour we are using your company to keep you in business !!!!
Cannot leave a 0 feedback10 months with no access to my account online and they still couldn’t fix the problem Gave me a 1 off log in password which still didn’t workGave me a settlement figure which they increased 10 days later albeit being valid for 30 daysThey think the financial code of conduct doesn’t apply to them and they can do whatever they want.Don’t reply to complaints when they are in the wrong, so if you complain and hear nothing - that is whyHonestly, I would pay a higher % rate than use these thievesAs you can see by the computer generated response (which everyone gets) they honestly do not give a damn otherwise they would call me !
Great finance company. Had to send car back to dealer as many faults found in the service and maintenance of the vehicle. They were on the case and were very friendly and dealt with my car problem quickly and efficiently. They solved the problem effectively and dissolved the finance agreement with the dealer within afew weeks so I was able to find another car all before xmas too !!! Many thanks
