Absolutely terrible company! They use dealers that don't have a clue about there interest products in the first instance I was told I could pay this off with out incurred interest this was a lie ! I have been trying to get a receipt for paying the policy off in full 8 weeks have past I've spoken to the complaints twice and made several phone calls although I'm still waiting for my receipt.They now have 2 email address and my home address but I receive nothing from them still. Next stop is the financial ombudsman!

Back in 2019 I got an insurance of the car. And 2 days after they call me when I was at work to ask me questions. And then the guy kept saying there's no garage, but ther was. He was extremely rude and I hang up and cancel the direct debit.But they didn't cancel it , they ask for £300 cancellation fee. And didn't pay it as why would would i. Now I m taking them to court because they taken me to court and had to pay £1500. I m40 and this is my first ever bad reviews in my life. I can't express the feeling on how disgusting thye are
