I recently purchased a vehicle via close brothers motor finance , and unfortunately the car I'd bought had existing mechanical problems with it .Adam Kendell at close brothers lead the investigation into my complaint against the motor trader I’d purchased the car from , and I can’t thank him enough for his outstanding hard work and help he gave me during this process.Adam really helped me so much and was dealing with a very difficult and unprofessional motor trader who didn’t make the process easy of straightforward for him. I am so thankful I decided to purchase through close brothers finance , as I was given so much support and legal protection , which I would not of been able to get if I’d have purchased the car on my own . Due to my health condition , I would not have been able to cope with the stress it would have caused me in rejecting the vehicle ,if I’d decided to purchase in cash and not through close brothers , as I’d have had to go through the whole process completely alone with no support .Thank you so much Adam .
Initially a simple transaction. Followed by several attempts to set up an online account. Documentation arriving late , welcome pack even later ( could be the Royal Mail of course ) made two phone calls, both concluded with me being ' cut off' - I do hope this service gets better. At the time of writing I'm no further on.
Early days as I have just got the car but so far so good. They made everything really easy and they gave me a phone call after a couple of days to make sure everything was ok with the car and to give them a ring if there are any problems with it.
