Shocking Service

Having dealt with Close Brothers on many occasions in the past I have found them to be difficult to deal with. They are very inflexible and everything has to be done “their way or not at all” they were very slow to clear the finance on my vehicle once I had paid it off and they are very impersonable with regard to their customers.

NOT GOOD

We're used as a broker for car insurance, AVOID - cancelled car insurance at renewal. Now constantly being chashed by email and letter for over £102. Said money is outstanding have added a £25 charge. Got in touch to direct to say insurance cancelled at renewal, but all they have said is they will suppress letters, not remove amount due.
