It was an easy and quick process . Not even upto a minute, and my checks were done and approved. Lovely benefits of fixed interest and repayment plan. I was so thrilled with the whole process; will surely recommend the company to friends.
Still ongoing still going round in circles the latest , if you share a similar name to a relative that lived at your address I.e mark Stanley other lee mark they can put a late payment on both people even if you don’t have an account with them , even if the other person hasn’t made a late payment , the ombudsman can’t believe it , beware this company can destroy your credit file , the staff have no idea what they are talking about and if you confront them on what they are saying they stutter and go quiet

Documents all signed ok, then comes the nightmare of the biometrics check for ID. asked to do it THREE times and then it locks you out and denies you the vehicle loan.Ive sold my previous vehicle as they wanted the finance on that cleared and am now left with no car and no loan in place to purchase the replacement AVOID!!!!!!
I can’t tell people enough to AVOID this company, terrible customer service and even worse systems when it comes to paying online. Twice iv been given an apology payment and iv another complaint ongoing with the customer service complaints team about the rude and unacceptable behaviour of the call centre staff.
Unfortunately lier company definitely I don't recommend anyone to take final from this horrible and professional company because they are such a liar I bought a new vehicle still under the warranty they refuse to do anything for me stay away from this scam company
If I could have given this company zero stars I would have. Just a shame people are still going to go ahead with this company before they get to read the negative reviews. No empathy with customers whatsoever. Glad I managed to pay the car off before the term.
