Avoid this company at all costs

Terrible experience with this company. They significantly mis-advertised a watch; picturing it on a tiny wrist so it looked a lot bigger than it was in reality. I asked to return and was told I must cover the cost and so it was posted it to the address provided (in Germany). Royal Mail tried to deliver it on the 18th December but for some reason the parcel wasn’t accepted. And since then it’s just been sat at their postal office as nobody from the company has either collected it or arranged the free re-delivery. I’ve emailed them to ask them to do this and am just told off for using Royal Mail. There’s no issue with Royal Mail, they’ve tried to deliver. The issue seems to be in cluse accepting the parcel. They went to great lengths to say that if it gets returned they won’t refund me so I’m guessing that’s what they’re trying to do. Once I’ve proved they haven’t accepted the delivery I will have to do a chargeback via my credit card to get an actual refund. Avoid this company at all costs - seems to be a scamUpdate to say: I have emailed them multiple times with the tracking details and asked them to arrange for the parcel to be redelivered. I’ve been ignored at every turn. They won’t explain why they didn’t accept the parcel in the first place. It sat there for nearly two weeks but they wouldn’t receive it. It’s a deliberate avoidance of acceptance of the parcel so they don’t have to refund me. Now the parcel is being sent back to me and guess what, no refund. It’s a total scam. I’ve submitted all the evidence to my credit card company and also to trading standards They have deliberately avoiding refunding me. I would not touch this bent company with a barge pole.

Amazing watch and great service !

The watch I ordered is beautiful and came within 2 days of ordering it ! Awesome service and the watch quality is great; although the watches are not considered to be cheap, it looks even more expensive than what you pay.Will be ordering again for sure !

It was gone

After arriving back from holiday and receiving the watch box from my neighbor who had kindly taken it in, we shocked to find the box open, plastic bag ripped apart and the watch gone! I was stressed. I contacted CLUSE on their website form and explained. They came back quickly and sent a form to complete and asked for photos. Which I supplied. Within 2 days a new watch for my granddaughters wedding gift was with me by UPS. The outer box was in a much better condition too. Thank you CLUSE

They are not willing to replace damaged leather band even though it has passed only 2 years of normal wear. Not buying from them anymore.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Compan

I was very happy with the watch and two bracelets I bought in March—they looked great and were worn only a few times for special occasions. However, one of the bracelets broke in August, and when I contacted customer service, I was told this wasn’t covered under their policy. The bracelet was less than six months old, and their team was completely unhelpful. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service and will not be buying from this company again. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values their customers and will look after them in such situations!

never againThe last cluse watch I bought through their official website came defective. the watch buckle did not work and I contacted customer service. they asked me to send them purchase details and photos of the watch and the defective buckle in the next email. I did as requested. the answer was that they do not cover defects of that type, even though it was not a defect but a factory defect and that it was evident that the same thing happened due to my clumsy handling. that was absolutely not true. I noticed the malfunction as soon as I took the watch out of the box. very unprofessional and disappointing. I never buy a cluse watch again.

Flawless support team

Unfortunately there was a small issue with the item i bought. Fortunately the help sector of the company worked wonders and solved the issues i found. Very good quality of the final item and very helpful support staff. Looking forward to buy more products!
