I wanted to buy CLUSE watch and matching jewellery; needed it for Mother's Day. I ordered it on Thursday morning and it arrived Friday afternoon. Excellent service.

Shit quality and even worse costumer service!! Do not buy here

Ordered a watch. Looked great in the pictures and also nice when i received the watch. After 1 day of normal wear at my office job it was full of scratches and damaging. Emailed costumer service and they say it is my own fault. Won't come up with a solution, i have to buy a new watch band myself. Never buying CLUSE again!!

Everything was wrong

Everything was wrong. The beautiful watch was delivered promptly. The catch did not work and the watched stopped after a few hours. I immediately contacted customer care and was told to go to a Cluse shop and get a new battery. No such shop near me. My local Jeweler would charge £60 for a new battery. This did not address the broken clasp. I filled in a returns form and printed their address label and returned it. They would not take delivery. They claimed it was the wrong address, but I printed the address they gave me. No more assistance. I had to take it up with my credit card. Timeless!!

Exceptional Products and Outstanding Customer Service

I recently had an issue with my CLUSE backpack and contacted their warranty service. I was amazed by their prompt and efficient response — they immediately sent me a brand-new backpack! Truly outstanding customer service. Their products are not only beautiful but also high-quality. I also own some of their watches, which are elegant and stylish. I highly recommend CLUSE for both their excellent products and impeccable service.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, generic response and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time on these products. Their customer service is to offer money off more poorly made products.

Great customer service, great product (backpack)

I ordered the black/gray backpack - the biggest size. There was a mixup with the delivery and the package ended up on its way back to Cluse. Despite this being a delivery system's error, when I reached out to Cluse, they immediately offered a refund or to resend it, I chose to resend, and got the backpack only four days later!! Justyna was the person I was talking to - she resolved everything super quickly and she was really nice and to the point. Great customer service, and the bag ended up being really great too! Overall, very happy

Amazing Customer Care Team

The Customer Care Team was very kind and helpful when I received an empty parcel. The order I had placed was stolen from the parcel during transport. After contacting Customer Care they quickly responded and sent me my original order within 2 days after I sent them the proof.
