Still haven't received my order, it is sat with a addressquery. Can not get hold of Cluse neither the courier! its ridiculous i need this as a gift!! hate companies who you cant talk to directly Been sat waiting for them to get back to my TICKET! for the last 3 days!! USELESS!!!

Design fault/ poor quality

I was bought a La Tetragone silver mesh strap watch as a gift. Like others have reported here, I experienced problems with the clasp of the strap, which would appear to securely closed only for the watch to later fall off. Concerned that it was a design fault, I bought a replacement strap. However, before changing the straps the watch fell off and the glass of the watch face cracked. I contacted customer services to see if anything could be done given that the damage was sustained as a result of their product being faulty and was very disappointed by their response, which indicated they considered the watch strap not to be faulty upon purchase but to have come lose as a result of wear. It had not, and if it had - after only months of several months intermittent use - it would only again demonstrate that the product was poor quality.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a watch over two weeks ago for a birthday gift. I received an order confirmation but nothing since. I've sent 3 separate emails inquiring and have got no feedback. Terrible service

Long lasting & classy

I’ve had my cluse watch for well.. going on 5 years now. I’ve had to only change the battery once in that time. I love the fact you can buy different straps for it and change the style up whenever you want. I can’t believe the bad reviews on here so shocked! My experience is completely exceptional!

Complete discoloration/corrosion

Purchased a silver necklace and 2 silver rings about a year ago. Price was around 200 euros for all, not a cheap brand. After 1 year I cannot wear them anymore as they are totally discolored. I reached out to customer service (with pictures included so they saw) and they mentioned even if there is a guarantee for 2 years this is not covered, so they could only offer me a discount for my next purchase. I won't be purchasing again, if I wanted cheap discoloring jewelry I wouldn't spend 200 euros. The quality is definitely not worth the price.

Super disappointed ;( watch stopped working after 9 months, never got a refund

My watch stopped working after only 9 months, customer service are ignoring all correspondence and I never got a refund. Very disapoining company, somewhat nice design but super chitty quality. 2 year warranty is a scam. Don't waste your money on Cluse watch

If you’re expecting something slighter better than tat please use this site. Poor products raised this with them and Argento who sold me the Rose Gold watch really don’t care.Avoid these poor retailers
