The watch I bought is really nice, their customers service is really good and quick. I needed it because I had a mailfunction after the end of the waranty. They offered me a realy fair price for a new watch. I love it so much I didn't even think about it. Thank you!I recommend Cluse.
I ordered a Cluse watch for my husband for Christmas - they took the money within 48 hours but the watch has NEVER arrived. I still don't have it but they have my money. Its absolutely scandalous. I've raised three tickets on their website, I've tried to call their contact centre in The Netherlands twice - each time I've waited for 30 minutes and haven't managed to get through to anyone either time.It is appalling how a business can operate like this and seemingly get away with it. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Now the only route is legal action.
I ordered a replacement strap for my wife's La Boheme watch. I had to change the size and sent it back and at the same time paid for the replacement strap. Almost a month later the replacement strap has not been sent nor have I been refunded for the original strap even though it has been delivered back to Close. Email requests are met with an automated response and no follow up save to refer you to a non-existent chat line. Hopeless.
2 weeks and still the watch hasn’t arrived.. Customer service didn’t acknowledge my ticket and are very difficult to get hold of. Finally managed to get a response off the online chat to tell me that it hadn’t been dispatched yet, even though I received the dispatch confirmation almost 2 weeks ago. Definitely won’t be ordering from Cluse again!
I have owned two watches over the last 3 years and have never had a problem with either of them. Was given another watch as a Christmas present this year which was defective and had a fault within the dial. I did have trouble trying to get in touch with the company's customer service. When I finally did get through, the company sent out a completely new watch and didn't require me to send the defective one back. Received the new watch the next day. Overall, I'm very happy with the service but took a star off because of the trouble I had contacting their customer service over the two week period.
I’ve owned a Cluse watch since Dec 2018, and personally I love it. However, from my own, recent experience, and looking at other reviews, it seems like the company hasn’t got the capacity/ procedures or will to deal with customer service requests.I ordered two watches in November 2019. One arrived late. I have returned it. Heard nothing. The other arrived and didn’t work. I have since heard nothing from the company.Really disappointing and would no longer recommended or buy again.
