Review Time
I ordered a present for my mom for Xmas on 02.12.2019,but have not received it. I contacted DHL who was suppose to deliver it, but was informed that Cluse have to request an investigation to see what has happened to the package, which has not been done. Wrote 3 emails to Cluse, tried chat-no response at all nowhere. Super super bad service. No money, no order, no response. I feel really disappointed and would never suggest to order from here. I just want a refund and be done with this company. If there would be a star lower then "bad" I would chose that.
Exactly the same as other reviewers issues No delivery, response to order place on Black Friday deal.Do not buy from this site, they were still advertising Yesterday 20th Dec that you can order in time for Xmas, admittedly they don’t say which Xmas, guaranteed it certainly won’t be 2019.
Ordered over Black Friday in November. No items, no response via customer services. These are Xmas presents, I’m absolutely gutted as it’s too late to replace them now. Will I ever get the items? Will I get my money back? No one answers via any medium. Do not deal with this company
I ordered a watch for Black Friday (it should have arrived in time for Christmas) but they put the wrong name on the box so UPS refused to give me and sent it back to them. Right now, still no answer from the customer service and I have no gift for Christmas.
Similar to previous posts still awaiting my order placed on the 29th of November. Which has been with the carrier since the 5th of December. No response from the company. Strongly advise against purchasing from Cluse. The items are Christmas presents and now we are almost 1 week away from Christmas and it's looking like the order won't be here on time. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with the service.
Order UK 27171. Like others below I ordered a watch on 29 November. It has been at courier 13ten (WNDirect/Hermes) since 5 December. 5 emails to Cluse support have gone unanswered, 2 webchats resulted, on Thursday 12, in a promise to email that afternoon with a delivery date. No response! Service is the worse in the world. They know there’s a problem which I was told in 2nd webchat I’ll start the webchats again on Monday.I spoke to WNDirect on Wednesday 11 December but no reply from them either. I’ll talk with them on Monday!
Finally contacted a guy called Tim through their 'chat' service - have to say Tim took on my case and worked through it with me and has re ordered the part of the order that was missing - Christmas present so, if it now arrives in time, can't thank Tim enough for his help
I ordered a bracelet two weeks ago (Order UK27212) and have not received it yet. The tracking ID tells me the carrier picked it up a week ago but no update since. I have tried a number of times to contact customer service via the online email but NO response. I am very unimpressed at the lack of response. I need this before next week as a gift.
