very poor service!!! I ordered a watch and a strap 2 months ago. I only received the watch and not the strap, I have emailed them immediately having no response.Called them 5 times to understand when I would get the strap I HAVE PAID FOR or a refund, receiving always the same useless answer. The 5th time I called them they have told me that a refund was issued 10 days ago, but nothing happened within my bank account, and no email was received. They are thieves and customer services is Useless.
Just bought a watch for my daughter for her birthday following purchasing the same watch for myself a year ago. Lovely stylish watches that are well made. Beautiful to look at and easy to adjust.I’ve worn mine everyday since purchasing and the only thing wrong is a little wear of the clasp but that’s probably my fault as I work in an office and use a PC everyday and the watch being on my wrist is always rubs against the desk surface. I usually get a little skin irritation on the inside of my wrist wearing metal watches but not with this one.They come well packaged and delivery is quite quick.All in I would highly recommend Cluse watches.
Service from Yodel Courier really poor, failed to deliver and Yodel lied about trying to deliver. Very unprofessional with constant excuses online, then had to pick up from “local” Yodel hub over 20 miles away. Told by Yodel they were short staffed and couldn’t deliver.
My order had not arrived yet after one month after placing it. I tried to reach the customer service and never received an answer through the customer service on the website and on facebook. I finally received an answer on instagram and got contacted by the customer service, which let me know that they probably put my wrong postal code through to the delivery company and then send the order again. They never informed me that they had troubles with my address and I had provided them with all correct and sufficient data. They would just have kept the parcel forever without me asking for it. The product is as expected but the whole delivery process was unacceptable for me as I waited over a month for my order.
I ordered my watch for Black friday (22nd of November) and I received it at the beginning of February. I contacted them several time via email, Instagram and Facebook but I only had an answer at the end of January.First they told me that they didn't send my parcel because the machine didn't recognise my address. They didn't say anything about the backlog. I called them several times because I had absolutely no information and each times I had a different answer (someone told that I would never receive my watch and that I should ask for a refund, or that I should add an extra 20 euros ie the full price of the watch if I wanted to have it within 5 days, so that meant they still had it in stock). The lady told me that they couldn't apply the promotion because it was not Black Friday anymore which is crazy because it is not my fault if they didn't send it earlier. I was also told that it happened to many people and that we will never recieve it I understand that they got overwhelmed with Black Friday orders but this is not an acceptable way to treat their customers. Some ladies at the customer service were really nice and they were trying to be helpful but they couldn't do much.I had to threaten to write a letter and talk to a lawyer for them to take action. It just took one nice lady to cancel the order and to place it again. That simple. And it took me almost three months to receive it after I fought for it and I spent 30euros in phone bill. They're good to send free watches to Instagram influencers but that's it. Absolutely no professionalism. Never again.
Oh boy!I purchased a black watch band from Cluse at the beginning of January 2019, however it never arrived. The tracker suggested it had been delivered - strange. I contacted Cluse as soon as I realised, detailing my situation and asking for assistance. I received no response. A week later, I contacted them again, no response. Out of desperation I contacted the courier, to find that I had mistakenly recorded the wrong address and it was sent back to Cluse. It should have arrived with them at that point. So, I contacted Cluse a third time and still no response. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received (or not received?). No method of contacting them besides email, to which they don't respond. The company had the product returned to them and even then they didn't contact me!!Outrageous. Avoid Cluse if you actually want to receive the product you purchased.
