Took weeks to respond to emails, many hours on the chat. Got back my refund, but am all in all not happy with the service.

Absolute thieves!!!! No item and absolutely no response to emails or resolution tickets. Currently claiming money back through PayPal. Avoid!!!!

Totally just stole my money

Totally just stole my money. I made my order in November last year and it wasn't delivered due to an issue in the address. No way of changing the address or cancelling my order before the delivery was returned. Now it has been, and I get only the same template response to my contact requests. I will have to take legal action against the company.

1 star right is too much!!

1 star right is too much!!! Ordered my watcj strap as a replacement for my current cluse watch, ordered 4th dec, took money on the 4th dec and still no sign. No response to several customer tickets on facebook or twitter. Its a disgrace!!! I want my money back!

Pretty watches, poor quality, inexistant client service

Very pretty watches BUT poor quality. I ordered a watch with leather strap. The strap is glued and not stitched. After one use, it started to fall apart. Client service is inexistant. I got no answer email after sending 5 emails!

Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs!!!. My husband bought a watch for me in November for Christmas. Christmas came and went & no watch was ever recieved but my husband was charged. He emailed them in total 7 times & has only had 1 response. A lie telling him an Express replacement would be sent before christmas which has also never arrived. He's now asked for a refund which has been ignored. This was an expensive gift and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. I had no christmas gift & no refund to buy a watch elsewhere. I've been in tears over this and my husband feels terrible which he shouldn't . They are completely morally-redundant and essentially stealing from people.

Awful company. Like everyone else I have not received my order placed on 13/12. I am getting no reply on their customer service page, Facebook, or any other form of social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Never Received my Order!!

Order on Black Friday a Christmas Gift... never received. Tracking says delivered... Credit card has been charged two days later and here we are on december 28th with nothing!! Do not order anything from that website!!
