I'm writing this review to express my frustration with Codecanyon's handling of a recent purchase. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I believe it's important to share my concerns.I made a purchase on Codecanyon approximately one month ago, and since then, I've encountered significant issues with the product. Despite my attempts to reach a resolution with the developer, the promised updates have not materialized, leaving me with a malfunctioning product.My dissatisfaction escalated when I sought a refund through Codecanyon's support. To my surprise, I faced resistance, and the refund process has been far from smooth. The lack of responsiveness and assistance from Codecanyon's support team has only added to my frustration.As a paying customer, I expected a more transparent and customer-centric approach to addressing issues with purchased products. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning the reliability of the platform and its commitment to customer satisfaction.I share this review not to discourage others from using Codecanyon, but rather to shed light on the challenges I've faced and the lack of support I've encountered. I hope that Codecanyon takes customer feedback seriously and works towards improving their refund processes for the benefit of all users.
An illegal company that allows scammers ("sellers") to take your money by selling you broken software and don't get you a refund for your purchases after hundreds of complaints from different customers since they get a commission from the sales, therefore, they are partners in crime.BE AWARE!!!
We have many purchased licences on our codecanyon account, until they blocked out 22.12.2023 total value over 100 euro, we trying to bought new licence from them, and after purchase they blocked us out our account, because we opened dispute from paypal abt unworked licence of our newest purchase.Because we opened dispute, We loss all licences value over 100 euro, because they block us, also they insist that we pay same fund again, what we inserted to paypal dispute abt unworked licence.In my case,they work illegally, and non respondbility.
Bought "ChatNet - PHP Chat Room & Private Chat Script" back in 2021 and the dev promised to add "Video and Audio Calls with WebRTC" in the next update which I was told will be "within a couple of weeks". I should have realised this was a lie as the software hadn't been updated since its launch in 2020. Almost 4 years and no update. CodeCanyon continue to remove my comments and reviews because they don't like anything negative, they are only interested in sales. The dev lied about updates to make more sales. I will not buy anything from CodeCanyon again, they are greed driven liars.
Sadly, they were good before. But now they help defend authors who have committed fraud and they remove negative reviews for these authors. I don't plan to buy anything from them anymore, because there are no real reviews here anymore, which would prevent me from evaluating whether I can buy these plugins or not.

It's crucial for a marketplace that sells digital products to offer reliable and responsive support, and in this regard, Codecanyon.net fell short of my expectations.I hope that my feedback can be a catalyst for improvement in their support services. As a customer, I would have appreciated a more efficient and knowledgeable support system, and I hope they can make the necessary improvements to better serve their customers in the future.
I am syed jawad raza i buy four products from envato markit last 3 months ago one vidorev theme wphideplugin backlinks generate plugin or one plugin wappPress Plugin only one good authors said if my plugin not worked i refund his name bozsoftware other authors say if my theme or plugin not worked apply refund i said i apply refund form he said ok i will see some days later he said what is issue i resolved then below mentioned again for refund i said already apply he said ok he asked me user name or password videorev theme author i give him all details he sent many fake emails about bad languages sent from my email adress and report envato markit i sent these bad emails but i cant sent any emails i appologies many times envato says my account hacked i dont know about any bad email he cant unloked my account still three months i faced many problem vidorev cheat me envato ruels if he locked my acount i never recived any updates lifetime vidorev author canceld my lisenced not responding me dont buy any cheap authors very poor servces envato markit other support team i resolved my issue i sent not resolved he cant reply me still last 7 days ago thanks envato i learnt a good lesson from you please keep eye on money save money dont buy anything
