It's not clear about airport transfer service. Everywhere mentioned only Marco Polo airport, but it took me time writting to customers service to get info that it also valid to Treviso airport. Regarding 7 days public transport also not clear if trains to Treviso area inclouded or not. Cash back offered with the App The Fork also took time. It's a headacke to install etc. That would be very helpfull to see reviews on official web when buying the pass.
I just had an unpleasant situation in a restaurant because I couldn't use my promocode CONETPASS of 25e on The Fork, and I had to pay the full amount of the bill. It was quite embarrassing. I bought conetpass 72 hours for Napoli. Never again.
I bought two Milano City Passes for 2 days, one for me and one for my girlfriend but was charged 3 times. I've searched and I couldn't find any way to contact Conet Pass. Also they say when you buy the card that you'll have a voucher for 25€ cashback in a restaurant booked in "TheFork", but then there are only about 5 restaurants in the whole city that accept vouchers as a payment method. Would not recommend
I used a 3-day transport pass in Berlin, and it made getting around super easy. The metro, buses, and trams were all included, so I didn’t have to worry about tickets or zones. Everything worked smoothly, and I never had any trouble using it. Definitely a convenient option for exploring the city.
I bought two 3-day passes for Rome in February. I got an email but it wasn't possible to download the tickets. On day two with no tickets I sent a request for a refund to Conet Pass costumer service. The replied and asked for more details. I sent another email with details but after two months I still havn't received any refund.
SCAM bought Milan Duomo tickets from what looked like the legit website. But it wasn't! Just 1 letter difference in the URL. Bought tickets, recieved email with a link to download the tickets. Download never worked. Send them a mail for refund. No reaction at all. I don't want to fill in the form since i don't trust this company!
