After buying the pass for Stockholm I wanted to know if it covers the journey from Arlanda to the town centre, but it was very difficult to find this information from the website. After I had downloaded the pass I eventually found this information - yes, you can use the pass to travel from Arlanda, if you take the SL bus 583 to Märsta and the train from there to town centre. It will take an hour versus the speed train, which takes 20 minutes. I don't have a problem taking 40 min longer and saving money.
I was extremely impressed with this pass. It made solo traveling that much easier and affordable. I used the metro in Barcelona the whole time I was there. It was on time, clean and most importantly as a female solo traveler it was safe. I highly recommend the pass for the whole time you are there. The fact that it works for multiple forms of transportation makes the whole city so accessible.
This site is a scam. I purchased a two-day pass in Berlin, but they failed to send a valid ticket to my email. There were no details about the issue on the site, and contacting customer support was impossible. Such scam websites should be banned and face strict consequences. I lost my ticket money and had to buy another ticket from a different provider.
Disappointing experience I purchased several travel passes, and it was not clear to us that the tickets wouldn't be delivered digitally. Instead, we had to go to a kiosk located away from the main station, which was covered in graffiti, to collect our physical tickets. The ticket machine malfunctioned and failed to dispense all of our tickets. I reached out via the email provided on the machine, as there was no contact number, to confirm that not all tickets were dispensed and to inquire about a refund. The first issue was that the tickets we did receive often didn’t work, and when I requested a refund, they informed me it could take over a month to process (IF APPROVED). While I expect they might respond to this review claiming their service is satisfactory, it feels quite uncertain.
You think you’ve found a convenient way to travel around the city, only to discover that after purchasing the pass online, you need to walk to a random kiosk to physically pick up the tickets. It doesn’t make sense, and the passes sometimes fail to work. This feels like a scam. The company should be prohibited from operating.
Disappointing experience with service. Purchased multiple travel passes, only to find out that the tickets were not delivered digitally. Instead, I had to go to a distant kiosk covered in graffiti to collect the physical tickets. The machine was faulty and didn't dispense all of our tickets. I emailed the provided address for confirmation about the missing tickets and to request a refund. The dispensed tickets were unreliable, and when I asked for a refund, they informed me it could take over a month (IF APPROVED). I understand they might respond to this review claiming their service is satisfactory, but it feels quite dubious.
A frustrating experience overall. I thought I was purchasing a transport ticket from an official public transport site but ended up receiving an email from a third party with instructions to download an app and redeem vouchers. I paid €18 but received only €8.50 back, which is less than half.
