Mailand card. Angeblich über App nutzbar. Leider keine App gefunden. Weder über Googlestore noch im Netz. Habe die Card dann mitten in Mailand abgeholt. Anstatt der gebuchten 4 Tage öffentlichen Nahverkehr war das Ticket am 4. Tag schon abgelaufen. Musste ein Tagesticket nachbuchen.Überteuert gegenüber den ATM TicketsThankyou for your answer. This doesnt answer the complains about the not provided services that I have booked.1. Download our App. Where can I find this app? I sent this question when I booked this ticket. No reply until now.2. Bus ticket for 4 days. On 4th day the ticket was not valid anymore and no time to wait for a reply. I dort wanne pay a fine for invalid ticket.3. We bought this at official page and got confirmation from your email address.4. Maybe we can use also other things like 25Euro voucher for a meal but if it starts already in this way (no app, no reply, no Real contact address (only noreply(at)conetpass.com)/phone number) I didnt want enjoy an expensive meal just in good hope that it will be maybe 25 Euro less expensive. Sorry, but never again.
Scam!!Dont use it. It stated that it is 100% digital. That is not the case. You get a guide og how to use an atm to print the card - which don't exist. I Askes the metro staff - they said it's a horrox. You can only go to one place to Puck Them up that is outside the city center. so go to the metro instead and Buy a 1-2 pr 3 day card there.
Please keep away from everyone I believe it to be a scam, We’ve lost money with a purchase, the card we paid on somehow was used without authorisation and now we are worried they can reuse our card.No links no service line no nothing but a list of other useless links no doubt a scam too.
Horrible experience with 3 day travel pass Naples starting 13/3/25. It took over an hour to set up the app after paying. Multiple metro stations in Naples did not have a functioning reader for the code on the phone. Even with heavy successful usage it is hard to see where this would be a bargain.
I have been unable to receive a refund since visiting Amsterdam in early March - purchasing 2 tickets and then returning them/ not using them as they were purchased in correctly. I have tried to contact conet pass weekly since and never receive any correspondence other than the standard e mail that my refund will be processed , I’d like to know when it will be processed please !I have completed the online form snd sent numerous messages snd still have not received a refund. Please sort this out. Thank you
A scam! Do not buy from this site! When first trying to buy tickets the website refused my gmail, saying it was not a real email and I ended up having to use my uni email for some reason?? When it came time to receive the email with my tickets, it never came. I had received promotional material and a 'confirmation' email, but no passes. Never use this site, I even found ai art on it after I purchased which is a huge red flag. I realised too late, do not make the same mistake as me!
