I took a trip to Rome, I purchased a 3 day Rome pass because it offered a $25 restaurant coupon and a round trip airport transfer. (as it says on the website) Well, we tried to use the $25 restaurant coupon, followed the instructions, and found a restaurant that accepted the fork payment but they refused to accept it. Then the airport transfer can only be used one way. And you can't find any information about returning to the airport, where you can buy the return ticket. Not happy at all
They sent me a ticket without a code, so it is completely useless. When I asked for a code they did not even take the time to answer. Update:Well that is a very late reaction. My answer is very simple, the place where the code should have been was blank. And no your customer service is not available, so I stick to my review, it is a scam.
I would give 0 starts if I could.Avoid buying!1. It is more expensive than normal metro ticket2. They will take ages to send you something and you actually need to pick it up it is not QR code or anything like that3. Requested money back 3 months ago and they said they will refund the money but it has been 2 months since and no money received and now ignoring my emails.
Went to Milan in early March and got scammed out of €66 by this company. They traded using the very convincing web address of milanpublictransport.com. They offered tickets for the Milan Transport system and tourist attractions, but there was no way to collect the actual tickets. 3 months later, they have still not refunded the money. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY
Didn’t simply receive the ticket at the time of writing. Even though they said i’ll get the ticket right away, that didn’t happen.And now i have to pay for single tickets just because of that. Keep away from it. It’s such a scam.

Well we tried to use the taxi coupon only to find it expired a month before I purchased it then we went to use the $25 of restaurant coupon, i followed the directions to the T i down loaded the fork added a payment method and found a restaurant that took the fork pay . But they refused to accept it and what's worse is i lost the coupon I have tried to reach out to conet pass but no contact info I can find. Then only useful part was the airport shuttle and that's becaue I used it only one way .Not happy at all
