I bought 2 bus airport shuttle tickets to city center. I saved 3 bucks with them yoohoooo.I was worried whether or not the two tickets I downloaded the day of the transfer would work after all the negative reviews. I had very low expectations but to my surprised they both worked. No need to call my credit card to get my money back.I also bought two 4 days city transportation passes at $30 each.The package came with 1 day for ATM metro usage and the two passes from the kiosk. All instructions are included in email..First of all only 1 ATM card codes provided worked. I took off 1 star for this.Secondly, both the cards from the kiosk came out which was a shock to me after all the negative reviews I read after I bought the tickets and we were able to validate them on the bus. The only downside is that we walked 15 minutes to get to the kiosk. I took off another star for this.All in all I dont believe these passes will save you any money. You would be better off buying tickets for per day use. They are less than 8 euros per day and they are guaranteed to work. You can also pay per use on busses and trolley and they around 2 euros.
I bought a 3 day Milano Card and a duomo Ticket. What I did not know is that the public transportation ticket has to be picked up, it not an online ticket!!!!So I had to walk 25 minutes to my nearest pick up Kiosk. There the machine made printing noises but no ticket came out, it must have been empty. I foto-documented that.Since I wanted a refund, I did not use any of the other tickets for the Duomo or the fork etc. But, because I already downloaded the Duomo ticket, I do not get a refund for this. I my case it is my fault (bought a second duomo ticket at the entrance). I thought they are linked together and if I use the Duomo Ticket, that I am not getting a refund.To summarize : this Card, the pick up process and its offers are confusing, I can’t recommend buying it.The customer service did not answer at first, for me it felt like a scam and I was really mad.Now after 6 months I finally got an answer about a partial refund. But it was my 4th or 5th attempt to email them.Hope, that does work out.The company is not a scam but needs to improve.
Booked & paid 3 Tickets for Lisbon, getting access to the tickets was utterly difficult, and eventually none of them worked on any of the available transports in Lisbon.Thanks for nothing. 20 Bucks wasted, company doesn't react on anything.
It's a scam.I was purchased a 3-day ticket with airport transfer. On their website it is advertised like this:> free Milan Public Transport for 3 days> free shuttle bus from/to Malpensa Airport> 25€ cashback to use in local restaurants> 5€ for Taxi> insider guides to restaurants, churches and Milan top eventsThe public transport ticket is a simple ticket valid for 90 minutes instead of 3 days.The shuttle bus is only for one direction. The 25 EUR restaurant cashback is a simple promo code (conetpass) for the first use of the "The Fork" mobile app. The insider guides... well...it is a low quality tour guide downloadable as PDF.if the company gives what it advertises, it would still be cheaper and easier to buy the tickets individually.
Just a scam. I bought 3 3-day passes, but only one worked. I sent a refund request, and they told me I would receive it within a month. However, it's been three months and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent them many emails, but they stopped responding.
