Don’t buy this Milanocard

Don’t buy this Milano card, it is a fraud. Bought 3 days pass and Limate Shuttle. We have to take a metro far from the Centrale station to get the MilanoCard. The Linato ticket was not valid…. The metro tickets worked for 2 days instead 3. Waite of time and money. We could have bought in Centrale station a 3 days ticket for 13 euros.

Milano Card is a scam

Milano Card is a scam. We were not able to physically pick up the card, so we could not use the card the entire trip. Customer service is non-existent and not willing to help!In addition, one of the Airport Shuttle tickets did not work and they didn't want to let us on the bus even though we had paid for the tickets...We would have missed the plane!Definitely worst experience in Milan. I don't recommend.PS. They are reporting Google reviews so my honest review was deleted from there.

SCAM!

They sell metro cards that can be easily bought anywhere. I also thought that you get digital metro card as there is app for Milano Card, but you have to take the metro and pay for it additionally and go outside the center to get metro card from the specific kiosk. We bought it also because we thought there are return tickets for shuttle bus in the price as their website stated the following: “free shuttle bus from/to Malpensa Airport”, but in fact it was only one-way ticket and thus more expensive than buying regular tickets for shuttle bus.We should have also had free drinks as part of our Milano Card, but the restaurant which was offering this was closed as we visited off-season in January. They didn't provide any alternate free drinks. All in all, we paid more than we would pay if we bought tickets for shuttle bus, metro card and sights all separately.
