NIET KOPEN!Al weken bezig mijn geld (124 euro) terug te krijgen. Ze reageren gewoon niet meer!De 3 dagen OV kaart kan je ophalen bij een automaat op een pick up point. De kaartjes kwamen echter niet uit de automaat. Been busy for several weeks getting a response back from @milanocard respectively.The 3 day public transport card did not come out of the vending machine at the pick up point and so for 4 people paid 124 euros for nothing #Fail #milanocard
This service is a scam! Bought our tickets for the transfer bus from Milan to airport online. Tickets couldn't be downloaded from the email due to a technical issue on their side (or at least this is the message we could see). When we went to the bus we show the booking confirmation, we the reference number, and the message when we tried to download the tickets in front of the person selling the tickets and he refused to accept it. He ignored us, and didn't talk to us in a nice way. In the end in order to go to the airport we had to buy the tickets again. It's been 2 months since I've been trying to get the money back (20€) and nobody responds! Totally unacceptable! please don't buy anything from milanocard.it.
The card was a waste of money and energy.Firstly, we had to cross Milan to the one kiosk run by Milano Card; at that kiosk we redeemed our booking and retrieved two transport passes. We could much more easily have bought the same tickets directly - at any outlet.Secondly, it offers only a small discount for venues; and only at a small number of venues. BUT the only two where we tried it (Branca Tower and Design Museum) both denied any knowledge of any arrangement with Milano Card!!!! - we paid full price anyway!
DO NOT BUY. Complete scam.I picked the 3 day + shuttle bus from bergamo airport option x2, and I spent 62€. We rushed a little into buying this scam, do not fall for it :(If we take a look at buses from airport to milan: 10€. Milanocard: 12€.Next, in any metro station you can buy a ticket for 3 days at a cost of 13€.Moreover, arriving at the kiosk is almost imposible, its very far and you have to spend a simple ticket to arrive there before being able to use your milanocard. Very bad indicated via email. And last but not least, the discounts and offers are a shame.So,if you do some math you can see its not worth it.
It is a scam, but at least you don't lose too much money. I opted for the the 3-day card that cost 31 euros. I received a 3-day ticket to all public means of transportation (available everywhere for 13 euros), a bus ticket to Bergamo airport (available online for 10 euros) and was scamed for the rest of the 8 euros. If you trust their website they have some discount offers for some very specific tickets to a veeerry limited number of museums. I didn't even try that, so I am down 8 euros. Could had been worse, but the police should close down this madness.
Terrible option - avoid! One kiosk to collect the travel card, had to travel across Milan - no online verification or card you need a physical ticket! Still waiting for a refund, didn't get the first confirmation email so gad to buy another. Codes don't work for discounts - complete joke!
Complete scam. Do not buy. Have to pick up from a very specific kiosk in the middle of Milan, which was not specified before purchasing. Was not open when we went there. Refund request was dismissed. Ended up paying again when in Milan for transport which I guess is what that want 🤷🏻♂️
