Moderately satisfactory overall. There are no options to select visiting times for museums. It would be beneficial to introduce time options. To obtain the printed transportation card, you must travel to a specific kiosk, which is not conveniently located in the city center. More kiosks should be added, such as one in the main square.

Completely fraudulent!

Completely fraudulent! Paid for a 3-day pass and did not receive any tickets! I applied as instructed but never heard back. I bought two adult passes at a high cost and received nothing. They do not respond to inquiries. They simply take your money with no service in return! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely a scam!

Absolutely a scam! Use the official website or buy from station kiosks. You do not need a pass – the contactless card fare is the same as a prepaid ticket. This service is misleading, operating under various names, and sells legitimate tickets without fulfilling the purchased product. I bought two 4-day passes, but one expired after 24 hours and the other after 48 hours. I realized I was scammed when I found out the tickets could only be collected from a single distant machine. I will wait for a response from the company, and if none, I will dispute the payment.

Misleading description and service.

Misleading description and service. Bought a 2-day pass for a different city. The description was vague and suggested it included a shuttle from the airport, which it did not. A separate bus ticket took too long to send and had the wrong name on it. Avoid this service.

Very disappointed with this service.

Very disappointed with this service. It gives the impression of being the official page for public transport, but it is just a ticket reseller. I ordered tickets but never received them. I filed a complaint and still have not received a refund. I cannot recommend this service at all.

Essentially a scam.

Essentially a scam. It appears to be an official transportation platform, but I later found out it isn’t. I paid €6.00 for two tickets that should have cost €4.40. I was then directed to download another app to buy tickets at the regular rate. Because I used this service, I received voucher codes that provided minimal credit, which I likely won't use again.

Probably fake

We bought Lisbon daily tickets for 12 euros but were not able to use it at all. After a solid 15 minutes of struggling through the buying process, we received a PDF with a QR code that we could not validate. Bus drivers said that they think it's not but luckily they let us on the buses twice.We tried to get a refund but there's no way of getting in touch with them.

Still no answer.The trick is to let time pass and keep the ‘client’s’ money - dirty, ugly thing, really.Now - really what a coincidence that so many persons DID NOT receive/use the pass we paid for!Have you read the reviews of your scammed clients? In spite of that evidence you keep on arguing, it’s quite amazing!!I think I’ ve been scammed by Conet Pass, paid 38 euros for 3 days transport in Lisbon and did never receive a pass, also not yet a refund, I asked several times but they answer this to my email (although they can check easily I did never accede the pass):“Please note that the refund will only be issued if your request is approved, meaning the situation you described must meet the conditions required for reimbursement.If your request is deemed eligible, the refund will be processed and will appear on your card statement the following month.If you experience any issues with your refund after that time, feel free to contact us again and include the following code in the subject of your email: NRF03”.So, they see this this way - client can wait (!) I come to ask again to refund me immediately and be clear and fair!

Big scam!!

Big scam!!! I bought a ticket for Lisboa on the 10th of September and tried to download it. It always landed on a about:blank page so I never had the ticket. I tried to get a refund request and send a video of the "download" process but they don't want to refund, saying I did successfully (11 times?!) download the ticket, which I didn't. They admitted the first time didn't work and their "proof" for refusing the refund is that I tried to download it 11 times. Why would I try to download a ticket 11 times if it worked allegedly the 2nd time I try? I showed them a screen video where it is obvious nothing was successfully downloaded on my phone but of course they ignored it and lied further.Don't buy there! I never experienced so much dishonesty from a company. An official complaint is on the way and I encourage every scammed client to do the same, since taking clients money without providing any service appears to be their business model.
