Don't have a trust to milancard.it, conetpass.it, metromilan.it!!! They are croocks, have a trust only an offical ATM !!These - milancard.it or "conetpass" or metromillan.it call them whatever you want-are crooks and liars!! I bought two one-day cards for me and my wife a few days ago for a total of 30 euros, which we were unable to use in any way because:1. There are no machines for validating the cards in the metro stations - at Duomo Milano Metrostation one of the machines for this type of registrations (for these cards the machines have adifferent menu) was broken, and the other machine - accessible with permission from the stationsecurity - was unable to validate either of the 2 cards despitr our repeated attempts and help from an ATM employee (Massimo is his name, I am very grateful to him because he was not obliged to help, as an employee of another company) at the information desk of the company operating the Milan metro, which has nothing to do with the aforementioned crooks.2. When trying to contact a representative from milanocard.it, nothing happens, because there is no way for this to happen - there is no phone or help center.3. I am sure that the other services included in the price of these 1, 2, 3 and weekly cards will be unreal and impossible to use - for example, discounts on restaurants, visits to museums and gallerues and whatever else they have described!!In conclusion - 30 euros lost and 2 hours of our time trying to solve the problem!!! milanocard.it and etc. are SCAMMERS !!!Don't buy anything from this liers because there is no way to get a refund for payed and unusedcards!!
A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I paid online for a 4-day Milano pass including trips from and to Malpensa Airport. On arrival in Milan city centre, I walked to the designated (far-off) street kiosk and inputted the code I received by email, after which the machine issued a ticket. A man standing by the machine however informed me that it only issued 3-day passes and I would have to walk back to the station to get the four-day pass, but he couldn't tell me where to go to. After much fruitless searching and frustration, the man at the Trenitalia office in the main station told me the ticket had expired and indeed didn't work on the metro barriers. With no contacts to call and no website I was stuck with a dud ticket which only gave me travel from and to the airport. In the end, I paid for all my metro travel over the four days. Instead of using this company, buy your passes from official outlets, such as the ticket machines in Milan's metro stations.
he Milano Metro Card is a scam. We paid € 69 online for the card at ConetPass. We got a number for redemption, and were told to pick up the card at a tobacco shop in the Milano Central Station. There, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were told they knew nothing about such a card. Neither the police for the metro officials were helpful. They just shrugged their shoulders. Caveat Emptor.
Bought 3 day travel card with aerobus for Barcelona, thinking this was the official website. In the end received a code to get a 3 day travel card at a machine in the metro and only one aerobus ticket. (You pay for a return ticket) So you pay 7 € for nothing and still have to go to a ticket machine
I really appreciated being able to get real-time updates on the status of public transport in Venice and being able to move around with the various waterbuses and the bus to the airport with a single pass. Moreover, it felt like I didn’t even pay for it because I received a €25 voucher included in the pass to use at the restaurant. Incredible.
