I bought four passes online for the family during a stay in Milan city. Was expecting this to be a digital solution but limited information was to be had until after purchase. The main feature, i.e. the travel pass for Milan was not digital and we found out this was only accessible as a physiscal pass at one pick up location down town Milan. This led to a long excursion to find the so called kiosk. At the given plaza there was nothing to be found.There are limited options for contacting this company and after some atttempts I demanded a full refund. Weeks have gone by, I have reiterated my demand and get nothing more than auto replies.Last option is to have the card transactions revoked and I have filed for this via my card company.I dont reccomend doing any business with Conetpass and please take my one star review as a zero star review!Update following Conetpass response: The public transport ticket is the key value of the Conetpass, but with their response they are trying to make this less relevant. Key problem is that they never answered my phonecalls, responded on my complaints or refund requests and after having gone through my bank to get the credit card transaction revoked, their bank disputed this and said that I allready got all that I payed for, so this is at loss for me. I have to go repeatedly to Milano for the next couple of years and surely know where I will NOT be buying transport tickets!
Conetpass from Milanopublictransport.com is giving you 3 days of transport when you buy a 4-days ticket. The company has no e-mail and no phone number.Just buy your tickets when you arrive in Milano. It is very easy. You can get tickets from automats or at Milano Central Station there is a little booth by the Metro with very friendly people. And tickets from the ATM-ticket machines and Kiosks have nothing to do with Milanopublictransport.com
SCAM! DO NOT BUY TICKETS!!! My partner and I bought 3 day travel passes for Berlin in January thinking they were the city’s official passes. We bought them a day in advance so had the email through the night before containing all the tickets. On the first day we tried to download & activate our day 1 ticket, but we both got error messages, we tried throughout the day and kept getting the same error that tickets weren’t available. We tried to contact them with no luck and then discovered the Trustpilot reviews. Gave up attempts at contacting them and disputed directly with our banks. A month later and they have now challenged this with our banks so the dispute will now go on even longer with no guarantee of getting our money back. This has now cost us more than double what the original cost should have been just to travel around Berlin. This company send you fake or faulty tickets, refuse to provide any customer service when looking for a refund, and then have the audacity to challenge any disputes when they never provided you with the service you paid for!!
I think Conet Pass is a great idea. I used it for the first time in Rome a year ago because it was very easy to purchase. Then this year, I found it again and used it in Lisbon. I find it amazing that all the transportation options are included in a single pass. I saw that now there are also bikes available. Truly excellent.
For me it was quite a simple experience to buy the needed shuttle bus tickets from Rome to Fiumicino. The only catch is that after payment when you get the email to enter your date of arrival you should access the link to do so, because only after that the tickets will be generated. I did that and everything worked great!

PLEASE SPEEDILY REASSURE ME OR I SHALL CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS> I have not been to Venice yet. My concern is now, with understanding your instructions. I have bought 2 Conetpass 3 day passes REF WH3UK6M and QF8UX2S for 7 March 2025and have tried to confirm them by clicking on your emails but you are then asking me about the Piazzale Roma Shuttle which I do not want to use. Please confirm that I can use my passes on arrival at Marco Polo airport and then on the vaporettos in Venice for 3 days.
Why has this website not been taken down yet?? It’s very poor from Amsterdam police, this must be happening frequently. The website looks so legit, but thankfully my bank (Wise) blocked my payment because of the websites security. I thought I had a good eye for scams but this has been a wake up call for me.
