Absolutely terrible quality. Paid £50 for a red jump suit. It was nothing like pictured, no structure, not worth £6 from Shein. Took weeks to arrive, no confirmation email and when you try to return, you have to front the cost of the shipment back to China with no promise that it will ever make it. Customer services are incredibly poor. This company works by making their “easy returns” impossible and therefore scamming people out of money with a poor product that no one would wear. I didn’t think to check the real reviews because of their fake reviews on their website and the price point. Avoid!

This company is very poor pretending to be English. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered a dress fur a funeral didn’t arrive on time and would not have worn it. If is terrible quality and they now tell me returns are to China at my expense or. 75% credit note. . What a joke please do not waste your money . I’ve looked at the legal rights for internet sales and it includes a full refund with postage within 14days cooling off period .
Why didn’t I read the reviews before I ordered... I waisted my £40 & even more annoying my 3 weeks waiting for my dress to arrive. The dress does not resemble one bit what is shown on the photo. I understand that it is a cheap dress but I didn't think it was going to be that bad. I thought the material was going to be cheap but at least the dress was going to have some kind of resemblance to the one in the photo. The sad thing is that I would have happily payed £200 for the dress showing on the photo & instead I ended up with landfill.
WASTE OF MONEY ! My cheap, nasty dress arrived today, nothing like the one on the website. No washing instructions or label or any way of knowing how to return. They rely on customers wanting to return and avoid U.K. legislation . I wish I had read the reviews before ordering .
Do not shop from this company! You think you’re getting a “high end” product / service because this brand has the word “couture” in it… I ordered the same dress in 2 different sizes (before I realised where the goods where coming from) they came and they where not the correct product and to be honest just looked like cheap fabric scraps… I got in touch for a refund and was told to return said items… which I was not willing to do as it was going to cost atleast £30 to send them back…. And then who knows if I would get a refund upon return (after looking at reviews from other dissatisfied customers) so i took the second option of a gift card (keep the scraps of fabric I had been sent) and receive a gift card for a % of the total amount…. I used the gift card on another product … giving them the benefit of doubt.., and what turned up today can only be described as cheap tatt. The cardigan I received has the quality and texture of an old fashioned dish cloth, the size is way way out and I am appalled that this company is charging such hefty prices for what is basically fabric scraps. Yes I usually check reviews first but in this instant I did not. £95 that I might as well have set light too, because the items that I have been left with are not fit for purpose on anyone’s part. Disappointed in myself as well as this rip off of a company… could buy better off of Temu for a fraction of the price. Awful company, awful products, avoid.
Why didn’t I read reviews first?Sadly a Chinese company under the guise of being English.The delivery details where in Chinese and delivery took over 2weeksThe blouse(which wasn’t cheap)bore no resemblance to the photograph…apart from the colour!The material was nasty and see through.It had no washing instruction label and no material composite.It makes the recognised Chinese companies look value for money in comparison.Please don’t be fooled by the web site!!!
Do not , I repeat do not buy from this place. It is a complete scam. They essentially resale things that are of SHEIN quality at a higher price and then refuse to refund you the item when you receive the item and realise how terrible the quality is
So after various chasing and writing reviews on this company and getting nowhere . This is the latest response I received after returning the goods and marking package etc as they told me and paying the crazy postage charge. Hi Dave,Thanks for following up. I’ve checked with customs, and unfortunately, they’ve informed us that in order to retrieve the returned item, the customs tax must be paid. I would like to have given this company zero stars. I ordered a medium down filled gilet from them. It arrived several WEEKS later and is so small it must be a size 6! I have tried writing to and emailing this company with no reply. I have been so gullible - didn’t read the appalling reviews so it’s my own fault. BEWARE. These folk are rip off merchants - close to a scam. So hacked off!
