Great Jammies

I kept seeing so many people I know try and love the pajamas so I decided to give it a shot myself. I am very happy with the product and plan to order more. The price is pretty high, which is what held me back from ordering in the first place.

Good products, awful customer service

Cozy earth’s products are great, but their customer service is so beyond awful. They don’t respond to chats and when they do, it’s several hours later and when you respond, it takes them forever to continue responding. I am so disappointed in this company for the way they treat their customers and it causes me to feel as though I no longer want to support the business.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! Cozy Earth doesn't respond to emails asking how come checkout doesn't reflect sale prices. I ordered "final sale" items and items that were just a great sale/deal. Tried to use my complimentary $50.00 credit and everything came up at regular price. Tried multiple times and still no change. Not dealing with companies like this!

Disreputable handling of a problem they caused with delivery of a Christmas gift

I purchased a Christmas gift from Cozy Earth, and had it shipped to a shipping store while I was away on travel. Cozy Earth dropped my last name in the "Attention" line, causing the shipping store to deliver to a different person with my same first name, and that person claimed he couldn't find it. I asked Cozy Earth to refund the purchase, since they caused the problem by dropping my last name. Instead they offered to give me a credit towards a purchase that would be non-refundable and have no warranty. That's unworkable for a gift, and they also caused the gift not to arrive on time for Christmas.I consider this a disreputable way to handle a problem that they caused. I will not shop at the store again. And I am not going to use the credit, because I don't like they way they do business.

I ordered pillow cases from Cozy Earth…

I ordered pillow cases from Cozy Earth on Dec 14. They charged me on Dec 15. On Dec 26 I contacted them and asked when my order was going to ship. They assured me that they were working hard to process my order. After 3 e-mails from me that day they advised me that my product was on back order and they would check and let me know when the product would be back in stock. I just heard back from them and they said the product would be available the first week of Jan. It took 16 days to get that info yet they have had my payment for 15 days! That is a complete lack of customer service. If the rating system allowed me to give them 0 stars I would have. They certainly get 5 stars for the speed with which they processed my payment!

Terrible delivery and customer service!

Terrible fulfillment and customer service. Drop ship via Amazon and take no responsibility for products arriving on time or even arriving at all. Ordered weeks before Christmas and website assured delivery well before Christmas - we are now at December 29th and shipment hasn’t arrived and no updates on when or if it will arrive. Any offer to maybe overnight the product since they already ruined the Christmas present? Cozy Earth response: we’re not responsible once it leaves our warehouse. Think twice before ordering from this company - not worth it!!

Constant shedding

I purchased a set of towels that I was initially excited about due to their size and softness. They are definitely nice and big, which is great for wrapping myself up after a shower. However, I’ve been disappointed by the constant shedding. Every time I use them, little pieces of towel fabric get left on my skin, which is incredibly frustrating. It makes it impossible to apply lotion or other products afterward because the towel pieces just stick to my skin. Despite using them regularly in hopes the shedding would stop, nothing has changed, and I’m still dealing with this issue. I spent months searching for towels that wouldn’t shed, and finally decided to invest in these, even though they’re not cheap. That’s what makes it even more frustrating—hoping that by paying more, I’d get better quality, only to be disappointed. Overall, while they’re comfortable and large, the shedding has been a major drawback for me. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a towel that doesn’t leave behind little fibers.

Beautiful Great Sheets and pajamas

I purchased bedding and pajamas and I love everything I purchased. I also love the quality. The sheets are so soft and the pajamas are so soft and comfortable. I will be making more purchases in the near future. Thanks Cozy for making my shopping experience a great one.

Poor Customer service

I’d give the company 1 star but I’m giving an extra star because the products are so soft and luxurious. That being said, I haven’t encountered such poor customer service in a long time. I placed an order with 8 to 10 day shipment. Two days later I was alerted that a label was made. On the 12th day (this includes weekends so of course not 12 business days) I went to check on the shipment to see where it was. It still only stated a label had been created. I reached out because this was concerning as there were no new updates on the order. I was told that it was in transit just delayed. I pointed out that no where did the tracking say in transit, it had one update and that was that a label had been created. I was told again that it was on its way, clearly the person helping me was not actually looking ay any details and given a script to read. I was then told that I would have to wait until the end of the 10 business days of shipping to actually do anything about the clearly lost products. At that point they would try again or refund me, delaying my shipment by another who knows how many days. I have since then placed an Etsy order, they messed up and they had it fixed and mailed the second product out to me already. I’ve ordered several other products from companies all over the United States, and not big companies but small businesses, at least a week after placing this order and have received all of them. I wish big companies would provide the costumer support of those smaller businesses working tirelessly to back their products.
