Review Time
I have two sets of the sheets and truly love them. I will not go back to cotton. I did have a issue with a twin fitted sheet on a set for a king bed. The elastic that fits on a corner of the mattress relaxed to the point of not holding when put on. I had to contact customer service 3 times before I got a response on the issue. I sent pictures as requested 3 times. Finally, I got a response that said I had already had a claim on this order and were only allowed one claim. The first claim was for a tear in the sheet upon receiving them. I quickly responded by telling them that nowhere on their warranty page did I see that you could only have one claim per order. I was instructed to use the order number from another set I had ordered. I did that however, I received a email saying they would honor the first order number I sent. It took a total of 4-5 weeks to get this rectified. I love the product but Customer Service needs help.
I recently started shopping with Cozy Earth after reading an online review of their women’s cashmere cardigan. The review was correct, the cardigan is well made, 100% cashmere, and so soft!! I also love their pajamas and bedding. I can’t say the shipping has been super quick in the three times I’ve ordered, but it hasn’t been excruciatingly slow, either.
These sheets are amazingly soft. The best sheets I have ever owned. The quality of the fabric and construction is the best I have ever seen. I own several sets of these for my home and have given them as gifts. The packaging they come in is almost like receiving a gift. I highly recommend these sheets.
Trust Oprah…it’s clear she has great taste in pajamas. I have never been one to buy pajamas, always a gym shorts and T-shirt girl. I am changed, I’ve bought two sets for myself and bought two sets for good friends. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed.
Decent products but customer support is severely lacking. Ordered a couple items for wife's birthday and the shipping option states 5-8 days to ship. Assuming that meant the order would be at my residence in 5-8, I placed the order. After periodically checking status of order, I noticed that the order status never changed for ~7 business days. There was no communication/status updates from this place - other than to bombard my inbox with ads to buy more things that may ship at some unknown future date.At this time, I asked the chat bot what was going on with the order and it asked if I wanted to change the address of the order for some reason through an email that came about 30 min later. What kind of chat bot does not chat and forces you to communicate through email? After threatening to cancel my order if I did not receive an ECD for shipping the items, the chat bot came through and shipped the items the next day. I received the order 1 week after my wife's birthday - she is happy with the items but I will NEVER waste my time with COZY EARTH again.
