They offer a 100-night sleep trial but don't tell you that you will pay a restocking fee if you return the sheets. When the sheets & pillowcases arrived, they were silky and cooling. When I washed them as directed, they were dull, not cooling at all, and they are already starting to pill after only one wash. The sheets also stain extremely easily from my light Cerave lotion I wear to bed, and lip balm also stains the sheets. My husband doesn't use either and his pillowcase is also showing stains from his skin. The fitted sheet DOES NOT stay on either. On our CA King, there were no additional straps to keep the corners on and this is standard on other expensive sheets for our large mattress. In fact, the elastic on the fitted sheet is thin and flimsy. This is unacceptable for expensive sheets. I submitted a return and was hit with a return charge of $9.32. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere.
Why is the pricing so expensive £215 for a pare of loose fitted pants I buy them and I’m sweating in them in this heat I would of rather put on a pair of leggings I also bought a top for £80 and it’s just a plain top nothing special about it for the price this is absolutely a rip off I wouldn’t recommend and don’t even get me started about the covers I rather sleep in Asda covers than these I’m so disappointed what a waste of of money
Beware of misleading return policy. I ordered a product with the offer of free returns within 30 days. When I went to return it, I was provided a free label, but then discovered there was a 3% restocking fee. So it cost me $12 to try a skirt on. From now on I will order from Amazon where the return policy is clear when ordering. Or shop local if possible, where I can try it for free.
Sent a “sales” alert. Prices on front page were lower than on actual ordering page. When I pointed it out to them there response was yep we made a mistake but sorry“I am very sorry for the inconvenience; there is currently an issue causing incorrect prices to be displayed while browsing the site, but the right price is the one shown on the product page. I hope this clarifies the issue. Is there anything else that I can do for you today?”“I'm really sorry about this and surely, this isn't the experience I want you to have. Your feedback is valuable, and I'll make sure to share it with the team. If there's anything else I can help with, I'm here for you.”Truly TONE DEAF customer service. Just spent over $500 w then a week or so ago. Won’t be buying again.
Terrible customer service. I placed a sizable order, and immediately realized I would have been better off if I had purchased a membership for the discount. I called customer service to cancel and reorder with the membership purchase. They said they could not see my order yet, and I should call back in an hour. When I called back, the cozy earth phone system was down. I called the next day, and they told me it was too late to cancel and I would have to ship the goods back. When I pressed them to talk to a manager, they eventually responded that I could purchase the membership and get a refund for the discount amount. Instead of a refund, they gave me ma credit. I have been trying for over a month to get the credit changed to a refund without success. The have stopped even responding to my emails.
Cozy Earth is expensive and deceptive. It claims environmentally and health friendly clothing while still putting 28% cancer-causing, environmentally microplastic-shedding, non-biodegradable acrylic in its 160 dollar men's hoodie. (Maybe that is why they are being marked down?)
The products are fine even though way too expensive for fairly ordinary stuff. The main issue is that the rewards/membership program is a total scam. You can't use the perks or the points you earn on any sale items and guess what? Almost everything is on sale all the time.
