I purchased the joggers in a cream could. These run true to size and are very soft. They are not see through and are very comfortable to wear all day. I purchased another pair, because I just love them. I've told friends and family about Cozy Earth so they can experience the same comfort as I do.
This is my third pair of cozy earth pajamas. I love the bamboo viscose material. They wash well too. Moving into the warmer months, I bought a pair of shorts and short sleeve pjs. They are just as wonderful as my long sleeve and long pants pjs.
Customer service is lacking. They would not honor a spoken ad; they just 'assumed' *I* was mistaken in what I heard. I contacted them immediately upon receipt Sent on May 6th when my order arrived:HUGELY disappointed. You have GOT to be kidding with your prices. Silly me, I BELIEVED the crew on Phil Robertson's podcast. I should have KNOWN not to trust Zach or ANYTHING he recommends/LETS SPONSOR the podcast. MY understanding was not only would we get 40% off but ALSO buy one, get one free. So my 'assumption' was I'd get 2 prs of the capris ~ which made them $46 apiece which was reasonable. ONE PAIR for $92 & change is ABSURD. As I say, MY OWN FAULT, but word DOES get around & that's absolutely a ripoff for their audience. Their audience is not in 'their' income bracket 'now'; I am DISGUSTED. No more business from me or likely anybody I know. A gentleman from Cozy Earth reached out by phone to discuss things in more detail. Customer *service* meant something to him & I was very impressed with his attitude. I very much appreciated the call & being listened to as a customer.
Cozy Earth sheets was recommended by my favorite podcaster, Candace Owens, so I looked it up. Being that I’m starting that midlife journey, I sleep hot frequently, and makes me very grumpy. After setting out on a mission to solve this, I decided to try the bamboo fitted sheet with a new mattress pad from amazon. Such a difference the first night that my husband mentioned it first thing in the morning. The feel of the sheet is luxury and comfort, all in one. Next purchase is the pillow case's, and one day, the bamboo pants when I can bring myself to spend that. If you’re a hot sleeper, don’t second guess on these!
After ordering my first pair of pajamas, I was hooked! They are so comfortable and you can feel the difference in quality compared to the box stores. Well worth the money! I have a few pairs now and tried out the towels as well. Amazing. They somehow continue to stay fluffy after washing them multiple times! Im going to try the sheets next!!
