Review Time
I don't like the new website. Everything was so familiar. It was so easy to see how much points you would need to stay a gold member , now I don't understand how much I stil need to stay a gold member ? Of course my English is poorly, but at the old website everything was clear to me. I just have to get use to it.
I have read the other reviews and am a bit shocked. I don't sell my cards these days and am not on social media. Easter bank holiday had a bit of an issue as I like to pay by phone or shop and there was no message to say closed on phone line. Shop as friendly and helpful as usual but didn't have the items in stock. No response to my email now I think I know why. I have not fallen out with them, hope they learn by recent errors and remember many people do not trust the internet with bank details. I feel sorry for the customer service staff who have always been great with me. Keep going and remember Sara you are very dependent on excellent staff and customers particularly in difficult times
Just love everything about Crafter's Companion. The dies cut like a dream, especially with the Gemini and there are such beautiful designs. Their demonstraters have some really good ideas when presenting and give some good tips and advice. I've had a few problems and queries in the past and have had to contact the company but the girls in the office have been really helpful. Can't praise this company enough
I wouldn't class the 3 star rating as 'with some friction' but ' with occasional problems'.I feel that Crafter's Companion.is changing for the worse.It seems to be becoming 'greedy', with continual new products appearing very quickly one after the other. and having lost the personal touch and good customer service.I buy far less than I used to from them.
Crafter’s Companion have never let me down. The customer services have always been patient and helpful and sorted out my problems straight away. The products are great quality and there is such a variety of items now which encourage you to try something new. Brilliant.
I have been a very happy customer of Crafter's Companion for over 5 years now. On the occasions that I have rung the office the ladies have always been very cheerful and helpful. Any questions/ queries regarding orders or goods have been swiftly dealt without quibble.On the one occasion I had to have a repair to a machine done it was very efficiently and speedily sorted out.My visits to the shops have always been very enjoyable with a helpful and knowledgeable staff.I highly recommend this company.
