This company are flounting the law to suit themselves in aid of profit, can you seriously trust a company that use copyright images and esp those from a artist who continued to deny permission for use of his images. Disgusting behaviour from Cnc.
I was priviledged enough to be bought a Gemini for my 60th birthday as my hands are getting rather sore due to arthritis. Unfortunately my delight was short lived when taking the metal shim from the box and cut my fingers quite badly . As a few commenter's have already explained the edges of these awful metal sheets are very sharp and I cannot believe they are being sold. In light of my experience I have requested that my husband take the machine back for a refund which gladly he did yesterday. Thank heavens for a Sizzix, at least that is a company we all can trust!.
WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Order still not arrived after 18 days after 2 failed deliveries by 2 different delivery companies due to wrong address being put on parcel both times despite them confirming via email they had the correct address when I asked them. Customer Service is appalling, told different stories by 2 different people. Was told by one person that my order was returned first time but she was unsure why (fair enough) but then asked in the same sentence to confirm if I had received my order yet - how can i have received it if it was at their HEAD OFFICE ie AYCLIFFE STORE?! Order was then resent again to the wrong address again and refused yet again and sent back to depo. I had to contact courier direct to trace my order to find out it had been sent to wrong address as stated on parcel. NOW WAITING ON A REFUND!!! This has been my first and only order with this company - never again.
I have been using Crafter's companion since Sara started and like her "best glue ever" have been using her products ever since. As a member of her loyalty club I feel valued and when I have needed to make a enquiry her team are always welcoming and supportive. I have been buying from Crafters Companion both direct and through createandcraft.com for many years and cannot fault their service and products. Their own brands are innovative, very well made and inspirational and they have an extensive range of products from other manufacturers too. Being run by crafters for crafters, they thoroughly test their own products and make sure that they fulfil their purpose extremely well, accompanying them with explanatory and instructive videos and blogs which are very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this company for your crafting needs.
I'm not on facebook so I'm unable to participate in any promotions you have on that. I'm a papercrafter and jewellery maker but not a sewer, yet unfortunatly nearly all the emails I receive from yourselves are sewing connected, don't forget the paper crafters!
Having spent a fair amount with them, I like that I get free delivery how little I order, which is upgraded to couriered by spending a bit more. Watch out for special promotions, which come quite frequently and for things I want to buy.Great to see their products being used/demonstrated on TV, especially the sewing and quilting ones.
Best Craft company around, products are inventive, great quality, always on trend. The staff are always friendly and helpful, from the head of the Company down to Ladies who answer the Customer Service phone. I can Highly Recommend this company, they really and truly know Crafts, and what us Crafters want and need. They look after their customers like we are all friends.
Always been happy with the service you provide, I am however struggling with the new website, sorry not computer savvy, the old way/layout was easier for me even the search often doesn't find me what I am looking for, everything I have purchased is very good quality, now your on create and craft they have been cheaper for me to purchase through them, I have not as yet got to one of your shops but hope to soon, I'm in York, I do like to buy from a shop as like to look at products, Chesterfield here I come asap regards Paula
