Have lost all trust and respect for crafters companion and Sara Davies. The way she has handled the copyright issues is appalling. She's lied about the investigation, she's deleting all posts that respond with the truth and ignoring customers that want answers. I have spent a heck of a lot of money with her company, but no more.Steer clear of this company.
Lucky the least I can do is one star , after the terrible way they have acted over Sheena Douglass' stolen artwork , where she claims she hand drew them , customers who are their bread n butter have been muted on their group page after raising concerns that at least one artist has Not given permission for his photo to be used. We are left wondering what stamps can be used as their explanation is as clear as mud.
very unethical company steals other peoples images, lies about contacting original designers when they haven't, have no respect for copyrights, so save your money this company does not deserve your hard earned cash and has no respect for customers so please AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE
Won’t be buying from this company again. Their so called designers go stealing images from genuine artists and pass them off as their own hand drawn art work. To add insult to injury Crafters Companion then say it has been sorted and stamps can be used. The artists are putting on their website that they have not given permission for them to be used, and are being ignored. They are also deleting all negative reviews fro their Facebook pages. A very dishonest way to run a business
I have spent hundreds of pounds with Crafters Companion but no more will I be buying from them. They do not care about their customers, just interested in taking our money. Selling stamps that have copyright issues and telling us we can still use them and sell our cards on. The lies they are telling and also not answering our questions and blocking people on Facebook just for wanting an answer. Will never buy from them again.
