Very poor customer service

My husband bought me a Gemini 2 at the end of last year. We have tried numerous times to log on and extend the warranty but the website freezes and we can’t do it. We have emailed customer service for support but haven’t had a reply. Very poor.

Beware they will not send your order

Back in October placed order never received did not get refund until December after I kept chasing them, 1st January placed big order thinking I would give them another chance, wrong it's now the end of January order still not sent,emails not being answered, avoid this company no wonder they are in trouble once I have sorted this order out I'm closing my account and will never order again

A Month and a Half Later

I wouldn't normally write a bad review but honestly, I'm just so disappointed with Crafter's Companion and will not be using their website again. Never mind the 5-8 working days dispatch...I placed an order at the end of November and the majority of it *finally* arrived mid January. It was even more frustrating as I had wanted the items for my small business in the run up to christmas. I am still waiting for the last item of my order. What's worse is that there has been zero communication to let me know that the order was delayed in the first place, or to explain why the order was left unfulfilled for so long. And naturally, zero apology when it finally was sent out. As I've seen from many reviews on here, I'm not alone. I mean come on! Do better.

Orders not delivered and lack of communication

I placed an order on 6th January and, as of yesterday, had not received notification of it's dispatch. I emailed customer services asking for an urgent update. Today they replied saying that the items I ordered were being held at a 3rd party warehouse and they have received the stock today. It will now take them until the end of the week to sort through the stock then they will send my order asap.It's an absolute joke. They took my money when I placed the order having no stock available to send. They are also still advertising the same items for sale on Facebook.They are just totally unreliable and I will not be using them again!!

Disgusting Customer Service

Having ordered from the website you would think that they would have the relevant technology to know what their stock levels were. Order was for 60 items totalling £300. After 10 days no update re despatch, phoned customer service, no reply, sent e-mail, no response. Managed to get through today to be told the item was not in stock and the system didn't pick up that it wasn't in stock when I ordered it - would I like a refund. Yes, I want a refund !!! If I hadn't phoned they would not have contacted me and held onto my money.

Unfulfilled orders, no information

Nearly a month since I placed my order, still not received it all, no information about when I wii receive it. They are not replying to emails. I will not be buying from them again if this is how the treat customers.This website used to be good. Still not got all of my orders, 1 partially received the other not dispatched, ordered 20th December 2025.

Don’t buy dies can’t get plates!

Crafters companion have no stock of plates for the Gemini, had a few in November which sold out fast, I have called and asked when they are expecting stock answer is “sometime this year!” No point in buying dies that can’t be used, been with Crafters Companion for years, I am going to save a fortune! Thank you CC

Following on from my review of the 24th…

Following on from my review of the 24th December.STILL I am waiting for my order and it is now the 14th January and it is still UNFULLFILLED!I have contacted customer service TWICE and still no answer.I ordered on the 16th for guaranteed Christmas delivery and here we are with nothing still.I am seriously considering reporting you to trading standards because you are taking peoples money and not sending goods. No wonder Sara is a millionaire, she wouldn't be that if it wasn't for us customers. How she has the nerve to mentor businesses when she can't even sort her own.

Disgusting customer service.

Disgusting customer service.Placed an order in November, took my money. Told it would be shipped on 24th November as it was a pre order.Ok, I accepted that.It's now 13th January, still nothing. I have phoned 6 times, just to be fobbed off with the same excuse.Apparently the item was over sold, that's not my fault !!but the fault of your staff. Trying to source more stock. Being air freighted from America. How long is it taking the plane to get here!!!!!Not once have I received any communication from this company as to why my item hasn't arrived. I have to keep phoning them, as I said, always an excuse.Sort yourselves out, its absolutely disgusting how your customers are treated.
