Great program with a helpful trial period

I discovered this program and appreciated the 30-day free trial it offered. I went through the setup process and began exploring the features, but soon I noticed that more than the expected full amount was charged through the payment platform. I learned that this platform applies its own fees for currency conversion. After contacting the support team about this transaction, they responded quickly and processed a refund to the payment platform. I'm now waiting for that refund to be credited back to me. I observed someone else setting up the program and realized where I made a mistake. There’s a pop-up that suggests adding extra credits just before accessing the main page. I clicked on 'add credits' without fully reading the details—though it does mention that you will be automatically subscribed and the full payment will be deducted from your selected account. It’s important to pay attention to the fine print on that pop-up. Overall, the communication was excellent. The startup process is clear, which explains why many others, as I’ve seen in reviews, have encountered full charges. I believe the program is likely very good once subscribed; what I experienced was impressive, and I may end up subscribing!

Positive experience but subscription may not be worth it

I tested the services for a day and found them quite good, but I don't think I'd use them enough to warrant a subscription. In trying to cancel, I accidentally ended up with two costly subscriptions at £56.40 each. I overlooked the cancel button, which was hard to find, and ended up getting billed heavily the next month. However, the support team addressed my issue and processed a refund as soon as I contacted them, so everything turned out fine.

Initial confusion during registration, but great support!

The website was somewhat misleading when I signed up for the free trial, as another offer appeared that led me to unintentionally enroll in an annual subscription I didn’t intend to.
