I wanted a free trial and as many people have said got charged for the year I was not f uckin fuming but I emailed them they got in touch fairly quick and reversed the payment

The website and assets are good and useful. But they charged me a whole year today even though it was advertised that I can pay the fee after a year of my subscription. No invoice stated in my email. Asked for assistance but still no response! Give me back my refund!
I had an issue where I was trying to download a free file and for whatever reason I started getting attempted charges for a full year - my card was locked so they didn't go through - once I made it known, it was taken care of in a very timely, professional manner. Thank you so much!
