I forgot to cancel my subscription and was auto charged. I noticed the charge after 3 hours and I immediately sent them an email and request refund. Alex from customer support responded almost immediately and advised me that the refund has been processed. What a relief! The refund reflected on my bank account after 7 days. Thank you, Alex! I signed up in a free trial, but within 20 minutes I was charged for a full year subscription. When I disputed the charge, Creative Fabrica cited their no-refund policy and refused to refund me. I never authorized the annual charge, I only agreed to a free trial. This site is a scam, others online have advised that any button you click on the site results in charges without being informed. STAY AWAY
I have been a subscription member for a couple of years and love the site. The customer service is top notch. I somehow had 2 accounts set up and was unaware and discovered I had been paying for an annual plus a monthly. Customer service was very quick in responding to my emails and correcting the issue. My duplicate payments were refunded with no problem. It is obvious that the company strives to take care of their customers and has a friendly and quick responding customer service.
Started free trial at this site and within 30 seconds almost 57 euros was deducted from me bank account. Then there’s second subscription and in total it’s 114 euros. Have rarely experienced being stripped of your money so easily by an authorised site!
I accidentally signed up for a full subscription instead of a free trial and their support staff was so helpful when I contscted them about this problem and a refund. 10/10 customer service!
The site is beautiful and has a plethora of items for you use. I had a minor issue with respect to the charge, but I must be fair to say that the associates behind the customer service channel really helped me resolve the problem. I would even come back as a customer in the near future when the need for their services arise.

I am extremely disappointed and angry. There is NO cancel button in the dashboard, making it impossible to terminate the subscription before the trial ends. I had to send multiple emails to their support hoping to get my subscription cancellation as soon as possible, which shouldn't be done THIS way.
This is a dishonest way to do business. If you make it easy to sign up, you MUST make it just as easy to cancel. I would suggest to avoid this site.
I was billed for a subscription that I didn't want. I contacted them by chat, provided the information and within 24 hours received a refund. I was very impressed by the ease of the request and the quickness of the refund.
