scammers! They offered me the free trial with 10 downloads. I used it and downloaded only 3 pictures then they charged me a 1 year fee on the same day (54 euros!). I reported the issue and they literally texted me we don’t issue refunds! Although it’s their fault!!

I was satisfied with their offerings until I decided to cancel my subscription, as I already pay for another digital service. The company responded promptly to my refund request and asked for additional account details to address my issue. After a few exchanges, I anticipated a swift resolution. However, despite providing all the requested information and following up multiple times, I've received no further communication. I'm now escalating my dispute through the payment platform. In a time when consumers are mindful of their spending, this is quite concerning. I hope the company can improve its customer service.

Completely deceptive practices, I registered for a free account and they instantly charged my credit card. There's no option to remove your credit card information. It took me half an hour to attempt to cancel. I filed a dispute with my bank, which issued a refund, but the service held my credit card information hostage, so now I have to cancel and request a new card.

This website appears to be a scam, as they misuse card information to authorize purchases. I mistakenly clicked the renewal icon for the annual contract instead of the download icon, likely due to their close placement and slow internet. This resulted in an automatic charge of $47 from my account. A few hours later, I received a response from an automated system offering help. I provided my transaction details, and shortly after, a representative got back to me to confirm that the transaction would be reversed. The reversal was processed within a few days.
