This is a clear case of misleading advertising. As a student, $47.00 is a significant financial burden for me, it's my entire month's living allowance. I reached out to the support team, but they only provided generic responses and refused to assist or offer a refund, even though they acknowledged it was an "auto-trigger" system. The automated dispute system failed to protect me, but I will not let this go. I have already started a formal dispute through my bank and I am reporting this issue to every consumer protection platform I can find. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They attract you with "free" offers only to take your money immediately. I demand a full refund.
