Confusing Free Trial Experience

I signed up for a free trial, but the process turned out to be quite confusing. I was unexpectedly charged $47 after 10 free downloads, and this detail was only mentioned in the fine print. My bank flagged the charge as fraudulent, leading to a temporary block on my card. Despite the charge, I decided to keep using the account, but when I logged in, I found that my account had been canceled. So far, customer support has only provided automated responses, which has been frustrating. I did send an email and am currently awaiting a reply, hoping for a resolution soon. Right now, it’s disappointing to have been charged without access to the service. Overall, this has been a negative experience that I hope will be addressed quickly.

Beware of Scammers - Double Charged for Free Trial

This service appears to be fraudulent, as they charged my credit card twice for a free trial and have not responded to any of my emails. I've already informed my bank about this issue, but they won't allow me to remove my credit card.

I tried all acces trial on Dec 20th.Around a week later I realised that there's $47 billed on my CC (I think bcoz I accidentaly re-hit somekind of their offer). Tried to find cancel button but wrongfully hit another trial program. I guess there's no 2 step verification for the offer (cmiiw).Try to reach out contact support via web and email,at last got their response on Dec 28th (I understand maybe it's high season/holiday time ).

They are really helpfull and kindly consider my situation. My heart jumped and feel sooooo glad that they're approve my refund request. Quick process too.

After exchanging several emails, I did receive a full refund and successfully canceled my plan, which I appreciate from the support team. If I could rate the customer service separately, it would certainly be higher than two stars. However, the overall experience feels somewhat deceptive.
