WARNING PLEASE READ ALL REVIEW to any one thinking of getting an IVA let alone with this company. They just want to make money out of you. i paid my IVA on time everytime and even extended payment term to 6 years and 7 months. they dont pay your creditors when you pay they save the money and make money on the interest. they also state that it take 6 months to complete paperwork after the IVA is completed so they hold all your money for upto six months after you have completed. you also have to jump through so much red tape just to get the IVA of your credit file or to show it is completed. basicly after it has been completed they wash there hands of you. my advise to any one is if you have no other option to sort out the debt directly with lenders, then just go bankrupt it the same process as it has to go through the isolvancey department. I have spoken with a number of people who still have issue with debt and items still on credit file many years after completing there IVA. do a bit of reserach and you will find the steps to do things your self and stop these companies from make money out people in debt.
Highly unhappy with this company. I do not recommend. Throughout the process payments were missed that I was unaware of, instead of being informed they were added at the end of my iva. Which then led to it going on for longer than expected. Once the final payment was made I had a phone call to congratulate me on completing my iva and saying i was now released from it. I was thrilled to be out of it finally. Only to discover 9 months later that I am still not out of the iva officially. I am so disappointed with the outcome and how long this is taking and of being mislead. This still isn't resolved.
Everything started well but when going through difficulties and struggling to pay they refused to let me take a break, so I managed to find money for my payments and in march I completed my IVA. I have now been waiting 7 months for my completion certificate and trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. I have finally been assured it will be sorted by end of October but I needed to speak to someone today and I spent over two hours on hold without speaking to another human. It’s a joke. Can’t wait for it to be over.
They are not a trustworthy company. they deceive you and keep a lot of information away from you. i have been paying debts that i am not supposed to be paying for two years before credit restoration came in and saw that I was not supposed to be paying those debts and rectified the issues for me. Tjhis company knows what they are doing to milk us out of money.
I entered an IVA because of company debts and I was the sole director.I feel as though I was cohersed into accepting the outcome I was told countless times you will be better off and your house would be protected It’s been 102 months now I finished paying the monthly amounts in December 23 they then wanted my share of our jointly owned house but I sold it in may 2016 to pay off private debts we then began renting until my wife’s father passed awAy leaving my wife a large amount of money she bought a small house which is owned by her but they still are pressuring for more money I have had countless variation meetings with no results

No customer help/support whatsoever. They offer a phone number which I've tried multiple times a day for 3 weeks to no avail. I once left the phone aside and waited 4.5 hours with no answer. I am now very skeptical this company is legit or even still exists yet I'm continuing to pay monthly. DO NOT use CreditFix under any circumstance.
