Avoid At All Costs!

Not all information is always given, they have terrible customer service, I have paid up to £6000 in saving and the procedure has been close to abysmal. Only after attempting to clear my account and leave the service did they surprise me with a 6 years notice that my account may be affected. One of the staff Yuisha made this known to me today, however if this is the case why would I have used your service in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If only i could give a negative star

If only i could give a negative star. Please please please stay away from these liars! They are money hungry monsters who charged me a whopping fee! I could have gone through other options but i didn't know and they didn't tell me. They just wanted me on an IVA plan that i am stuck with for 5 years. My family is struggling and they have made a huge fee and commission from me - i only wish i read more reviews but i was so nervous with all my debts.

Just awful how they steel your money

They are a HUGE con scheme. They will rinse you for as much money as they can. This was the worst decision i have ever made was to take out an IVA with CreditFix. I should have just worked with the banks and come to some sort of agreement with them. CreditFix spin a great story that going with them is the best plan for you and you dont have any better plan and will help you with make affordable payments. This is all a lie and you will end up paying HUGE amounts to them.I have spend over 3 times the amount i was meant to pay back to them. My monthly pay back when i started was £75 a month for 5 years. Now i am up to £210 a month and my finishing date has not been brought forward.When i bring up the simple maths that if i am paying more every month to the amount that wast was first agreed, my closing date would surly be brought forward as i am paying a larger amount every month. There response is that it does not work that way.When i try and pay off the whole amount (with help from family) they wont let me. There words are "You can pay off the full amount but you will still need to pay your monthly payments till your closing date". I would have rather gone with a lone shark and have my legs broken for missing a payment than gone with CreditFix. They are by far worse than any lone shark.

Very poor communication with each…

Very poor communication with each other. I did my annual review and had a text, email and call.to say they had noticed a potential change in the amount to be paid monthly. I called them back and spoke to someone who told me it would be an increase.I told them i had changed jobs and was starting new job in the next few days and would send a payslip once i had one. I would be earning less money. I also had no ability to pay more before as i had nor paid some bills in previous months due to being furloughed.Guy said he would put my review on hold until payslips recieved etc Pretty much every day after that i received call after call. I answered one when i was getting ready for work and told the woman i had already called back and explaines previous call. Ahe said can we discuss now ans i sid no gettine ready for work and already discussed itAgain more calls and texts. Whike i was working. Answered another and told her the i was sick of being harrassed told her the same as the others and told her i dkd not want another call.Once i had I payslip to send i emailed it over. I have had another one since and sent that. I am still getting texts and emails to call back as 14 days overdue with no conact apparently. How can speaking to 3 people and sensing emails be no contact?I didn't even sign up with creditfix. Just ended up with them when the bought the company i did sign up to

Going to creditfix was simple they helped me work out my debts how much I owed and what I would pay back a month I’ve been paying £105 for the last few years the stress of getting myself in debt was massive I had many dark thoughts before getting help my only few complaints first one would be why is it you call now and it’s a Indian call centre which you have to repeat yourself over and over again and I’ve been waiting for 4 months for a adviser to reply to my emails and calls regarding my annual review

been using them for 18months and so far…

been using them for 18months and so far i like the service very helpful. They just don't look at paper work and spot mistakes on it and also try and get as much out of you possible. My pay went down £500 per year and was able to half my IVA payment from £195 to £97 with a bit of conversation with them.

The customer service was excellent and…

The customer service was excellent and the guy on the phone was friendly polite and he listened to what I had to say then helped me come to a suitable arrangement to catch up with payments I missed. He made me feel relaxed and I was nervous about calling them but after speaking with the lovely gentleman I felt relieved. He lifted my entire mood that day. Not often you get an understanding person like him. Thankyou.

if I could give 0 stars I would

if I could give 0 stars I would, really helpful to start off with so agreed to start the application process. 2 days later another option was given to us via family so we cancelled the application. since then my credit card has been frozen and my bank account was frozen pending closure! this happened four days after cancelling the IVA application. This has caused no end of issues and I didn't even get to the creditor meeting stage. we will be complaining via citizens advice and their trustees. Avoid at all costs!!
