I wouldnt give this 1 star but had tooI recently purchased Creed Cologne for my husband and I am very dissatisfied with your product.Creed Cologne does NOT hold a scent.I shouldn't have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is,very much,not worth the purchase of even a $60 Cologne,maybe false advertisement!Hard earn money I saved for a gift and now very disappointed in your product Creed Cologne for men.Dissatisfied Customer

Don't buy! You'll only receive a cheap copy!

I ordered a Creed perfume for 200 EUR for Christmas gift to my mum...received completely another one (another packaging another name)Checked by curiosity on internet: the perfume I received is known as being a copy of the original one and costs 15 EUR (sold by ACTION)!!I want to return the item! Contacted the customer service which requested to send it back to an address in Poland! Hum...So I sent it back with insurance and will delivery signature receipt. few days later the item is notified as delivered + proof of signature.Contacted back the customer service: surprisingly they say the item was not received and will not refund...even will all the evidences! It's been 2 months. scam or not a scam?What I know for sure is that you'll pay full price and receive a cheap copy.

Worst customer service, avoid buying from them

I got my order on time yet needed to return it. This is where it gets impossible to organize the actual pick-up. You send an email to the customer service, they promptly acknowledge your email, then they ask you for preferred pick up day and time. Nice, isn’t it? Well, then you a get confirmation with the next day pick-up (even if you are busy and specified your availability). You email them to make changes. No response, just generic email delivery confirmations. You call to reschedule. All seems to be going well, yet on the day of rescheduled pick-up no courier shows up. You call again nobody knows what happened. You ask if you should wait, they say no and reschedule the pick up. After that, you get an email confirming the original rescheduling and notifying you that you missed the pick-up. Yet it never happened! You try to call again (third time) - now you are on a permanent hold (17 min and still waiting). Original request Dec 8, continuous struggles Dec 12 and no end in sight. My worst purchase of the year, avoid dealing with them at all costs.Update: Managed to submit the return on Dec 13, even got an email response confirming that it was received on Dec 16 after bothering them constantly yet it's Dec 23 but no further updates on the refund yet.

CREED AVENTUS - CON ARTISTS

I bought my second bottle of Creed Aventus from John Lewis few weeks back. I am so disappointed. I used my second bottle for the first time last night and the smell barely lasted 2 hours. I bought a 100ml bottle and totally wasted my money. It’s been deliberately made weak to make people spend more money. I’m taking the bottle back. They can either get me the bottle as it was before they made it weaker or they can refund my money back.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. £295 FOR 1 HOUR SMELL IS NOT WORTH IT.

Long time customer will never buy this rubbish again ! Obviously a watered down product ignored by chief executive when complained disingenuous response from customer care !! This is not a faulty batch of oil !! Just look at the different dates of complaints !! Not a company I would ever deal with ….. Creed customers are a successful discerning clientele and will not be taken as simpletons

Purchased some fragrance spending over…

Purchased some fragrance spending over £200 in total and then less than 48hrs later you advertise a great free gift. Why did you not tell me at time of purchase ( this would have been great customer service ) and would have resulted in future purchases, or why say no to honering the offer. Its not like it was a week or longer since the purchase. To add further insult you email about the offer twice a day!

Excellent.

On a recent shopping trip to Oxford street, I was very impressed with the young lady (Lagita) who served me in the John Lewis store. She had great knowledge, excellent customer service skills and very polite. A real credit to Creed concession. Thank you very much.

Lowest quality

£300 for the lowest quality. I bought this parfum and I started to use it, I can't believe it, it's smells only one hour , maximum 2 hours, the fair price for this famous parfum is £20. I have more than 50 fragrances and I regret that I bought only Creed aventus.

I used to love Creed but they have changed the recipe. It lasts about 10 mins at best and at nearly £300 a bottle it is a rip off. You can buy copy Creed for £20 that lasts longer. Sorry Creed you have lost me as a customer and social media influencer.
