Avoid as the bottle ceases to spray

Bought a 100ml of Himalaya 14 months for €254, the bottle does not spritz any more as of a few weeks back. Creed Customer Service offered a 10% discount on my next purchase when there is over 80% left in the bottle. Creed told me to deal with the retailer who will not deal with me. AVOID this great smelling product as the bottle will let you down as will their customer service

I forgot to claim my 10% discount and…

I forgot to claim my 10% discount and emailed customer service within 48hours a refund was issued. The new fragrance was perfect..highly recommend Creed. As they say You get what you pay for.

I’ve had 2 bottles of Aventus

I’ve had 2 bottles of Aventus. Both leaked when travelling one so much I lost 90% of the contents. I bought the second bottle at Heathrow Duty Free. When I asked what to do I was told that I had to return it to the shop… therefore I have to book a flight !!!! What a waste of money and the head office service is appalling. There is a manufacturing fault . Keep your bottle upright people !!!

I would like to leave a positive review for Creed and especially thank Tracey and Anastasija for their help and support.I initially had an issue with a discount coupon, as it could only be applied to fragrances from the discovery set. However, the sample I truly fell in love with was a complimentary sample that came as a gift with the set. I was quite surprised to learn that the coupon could not be used for this fragrance.That said, the support team handled the situation wonderfully. They listened carefully and offered a fair compromise solution, which I really appreciated. Thanks to their help, I can now fully enjoy this beautiful fragrance.
