I have for many years been a big fan and consumer of Creed Aventus and without any doubts when it comes to the price. However, this has drastically changed after my latest purchase and I am done using these products. I recently purchased a 100ml EdP and let's be honest that was a waste of money. The perfume used to last 12 hours and now it won't even last 1 hour. How can you sell a "high-end" perfume for such a price when it doesn't even last more than 60 minutes? It's an embarrassment. I am never going back to buying Creed products again.
Sent an email as I was expecting a delivery which I had not received. Within a few hours I was asked to confirm details and fill out a form. Once the form was filled I was told the process would start with an investigation into what had happened to my order.A few days past and I did eventually receive my order, I sent another email to confirm what was in my delivery and again, received more correspondence within a few hours. I am very grateful to have received such attentive customer service from a lady named Tia. She ensured I received my full order, samples included and even gave me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill which was a pleasant surprise. I’d like to thank Tia once again for going to the lengths she did to uphold the standard of Creed.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I ordered an atomiser in January, which had a defect but was invisible due to it being in the bottom of the bottle and looking like an air bubble. My husband lost a whole atomisers worth of creed Aventus due to the atomiser bottle being defective, the replacement was only sent out in May and it arrived wrapped in 2 pieces of bubble wrap. It was smashed to pieces, which is no surprise. The whole issue of the lost fragrance has completely fell on deaf ears. How does any of this fit the image of a prestigious brand? Well it doesn’t. Absolute farce and terrible customer service.

Don't trust this company and here is why with my order I selected the creed aventus sample now one spray of the sample on one hand lasted over 5 hours. On the other hand 5 spray from 100ml bottle only lasted a little over 30 minutes. Don't be fooled by the discounts you will not get your monies worth. In fact I would the strength of the sample on a scale of 1-10 it's ten time stronger anyone saying this is good place to shop for creed have no understanding of the product. SHAME!!OH REMEMBER NO RETURN AFTER OPENING
Absolutely a joke I got the wrong set, i ordered the female set got the gents one. You can’t speak to an agent only via email. What a joke trying to return it. Has to be collected can’t return via Royal Mail. Won’t buy from them again
Creed cancelled my order with no explanation & no apology. Rang customer services a number of times & just received an automated message & call was then terminated. It felt like I had been scammed rather than dealing with a supposedly high end premium product supplier. Avoid.
Product is great always has been however customer service is terrible as the other comments also state. Had an issue with the engraving - not accommodating at all. Really disappointing as it was a wedding gift for my husband. Not bothered about customers just about £!
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried to deal with a simple issue for over FOUR MONTHS without any help or even response to my multiple emails. Talking to the chat "care" team is also hopeless as they keep asking the same little questions over and over again without further actions. All want to do is a buy a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift (lol it's April now) to my spouse and I need help with a broken discount code. Unbelievable!
