Just gonna keep it short and sweetShockingly bad customer serviceIt’s definitely not aimed at providing a good service for the consumer Returns process is also very painful mentally I won’t be ordering anything again from creedThere products are expensive And there customer service should be at a much higher levelFor a luxury brand. And I’m not interested in any response from creedAs it would only be for the purpose of saving face on hereAnything they actually wanted to do to rectify my issues with them would have already been done before I bothered to post a review.
I recently bought Creed Aventus Absolu, I wanted to return the item and I carried out the return as instructed by Creed Customer services. Unfortunately this is where Creed's services have significantly let me down. They are slow at replying, the communication is slow and laboured!
No doubt that creed is a big brand but the problem is the courier they choose to send with their product is unprofessional and if have any issues with the delivery then it takes days their customer service to solve it and they keep stuck and wait days to get solution for it, and because of that I'm not gonna buy their perfumes again, what's the point to pay more than £300 on their perfumes and their customer services is too slow to solve any issues quickly,
Really poor most of the items are constantly out-of-stock especially the shower gels. Poor customer service as well. Do not buy from the company directly only use discounters as whilst the fragrances are nice they are not worth the price
Purchased batch number L4221W11A Aventus from Selfridges, an absolute disappointment. I will never buy a Creed fragrance again. Lucky to get an hour out of the stuff even spraying on clothes doesn’t have any longevity the stuff from 7 or so years ago had. Don’t buy into the hype this name is long dead since it’s been passed from company to company. Save your £300, there are much better exclusive brands out there.
I bought a bottle of Aventus from JL and feel robbed as it doesn't last how it used to. Not even my hairdresser noticed my smell. I also had a bottle of Aventus Cologne (early batch) so I went to Fenwick and John Lewis to spray their latest batches - by the time I got home I couldn't smell it. The bottle I have at home, with just one spritz would last for over 12 hours. So if fragrance regulations have forced Creed to reformulate at the expense of performance then don't charge the same! I will never buy this again - save your money!
I was a fan of creed Aventus until recently as it was watered down immensely and not as long lasting as it was, since bought by the private equity it has gone to the dogs. Even when I complained about it they didn’t want to hear it. I will not be patronising this brand ever again waste of my £295
Creed aventus 2010 fresh lasted 14-16 hours one of the best scents ever. 2016 I bought a bottle from Selfridges returned it as smelt like burning rubber tried again from liberty’s in 2023 dull fragrance lasts about 1 hour also sprayed in a shop to see if it was just my bottle probably lasted 45 mins don’t waste your money doubled in price since 2010 but seems to be made a lot more cheaply
