At checkout, I was able to select a sample. Unfortunately, it was not included in the delivery. After I pointed this out to customer service, I unfortunately received an unhelpful and inaccurate answer. In order to prove my concern they want me to provide a screenshot which of course I dont have. Customers who pay hundreds of euros for a fragrance do not like to be portrayed as supplicants. One would expect an exclusive service for such high-priced products. Creed could not be further away from this. The fragrances are outstanding though.
Purchased a bottle of creed aventus at john lewis in Leeds, just under £300 , it's the biggest load of rubbish I've ever Purchased, it smells like something from the pound shop , so disappointed, never buy creed again .
Very careful when you order any fragrances from Creed, I am having a bad experience with the delivery. I spent £300 for a perfume which never arrived to my door. They are saying Royal Mail has delivered the item at my door, they also put a photo as evidence of delivery, I don’t even know if that is my door, I didn’t say to anyone to leave the package at my door.I haven’t received any card from Royal Mail, no delivery confirmation via email from Creed, and on top on this, I supposed to sign for this due to the price of item.I asked for a refund with Creed customer services, they say they can’t do anything as the item was delivered… so, I lost £300,Very disappointing, well done Creed, good job, is this how you treat all your customers!!!VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Having bought a mens Creed fragrance from Selfridges Manchester I noticed 7 weeks later and only using it 3 times it was starting to evaporate from the bottle. I marked the bottle to check and I was right. I returned it for an exchange or refund. Selfridges kept the fragrance for 24hrs (which to the naked eye would show nothing of evaporation), said they'd spoken to Creed and there was nothing wrong with it, refusing a refund or exchange. I use top brand fragrances including Chanel, Mont Blanc, Armany, etc and have never experienced evaporation although have been advised if the bottle seal is broken being alcohol based the fragrance will evaporate.Shame on you Creed for your arrogance and very poor customer service and relations.
I tried to order a creed fragrance online. The website transfered me to the german department of creed. I tried to pay with mastercard and r.a. 20 min later i got a email that my payment didnt succeed. So i started the live-chat for help. I was talking to "Eszter". "Eszter" didnt speak german very good so she didnt even answer my last question about alternative payment methods other than mastercard and klarna - 1 star out of 5 for bad service so far.I talked to my bank, why i cant use my mastercard - the answer of my bank-agent: "mastercard(!) is blocking its payment service for creedfragrance.com and subsidiary (in my case creedfragrance.de) because of several fraud-cases in the past."I had to ask twice, because i couldnt really believe it at first. This is a huge thing in my opinion and i am not sure anymore if this is a legit online shop of creed or a mockup fake business.I am pretty speechless.
Totally useless customer service. I have sent an email 5 days ago and have not received a reply yet. My package has arrived but can't collect it because Creed forgot to add my last name.I have paid 205 EUR and have not received my package. Looks like a scam. Disaster company!!!!!
My Husband purchased a box of samples for me to try at considerable cost. I was disappointed when I opened the box to find the samples in tiny little vials, the type you normally get a free sample in from other manufacturers. Why were they not presented in at least small Creed bottles. A complete rip off for the money. It is also about selling the product and presented like that does NOT cut the mustard. I wished I had asked my Husband for a bottle of Miss Dior!
Absolutely terrible product now.I have worn creed for 10 years.the last two bottles I brought from liberty are awful.100ml last no time at all, scent used to last all day, doesn’t even last an hour.total rip off.Is this no longer a family run business? Edit….as we can’t reply to Creeds responses on here I will edit post.I have contacted liberty and they have let me return the item for further investigations,it seems unfair that I am out of pocket £295 and Liberty have to deal with it even though it’s not them make the perfume in the first place.Surely Creed manufactures are responsible for their declining scent,as there are plenty of consumers complaining buying from all different shops with one common denominator,it’s your product
courier service selected on a significant Christmas spend. Delivery due by 21st December. Items not arrived over 1 week later . Creed offered a refund if I sent the items back. They don’t seem to grasp that they haven’t delivered them, so how can I send them back ! Useless
